It is a budget hotel with very low price, so dont have too high expectation, good for one or two nights - if you have low budget. The family room was big with two separate rooms

TV was not working

Excellent location in the city centre, right on the main Sheraton road. The stuff is very friendly and welcoming. The room itself is good, pretty clean and spacious. Breakfast is simple but good enough, nice coffee with milk.

They didn't pick up the phone to confirm the reservation . They don't clean the rooms They don't provide normal services unless you ask for it. Even they didn't provide me the shower gel unless I requested and they gave me a small portion. You have to keep asking for the services

Incredible value on central street with many shops, restaurants and close to harbour. Nice reception area. Balcony, reliable hot water shower, comfortable beds, clean. Full length mirror. I didn't expect something so nice for the price.

It is too noisy outside, we cann’t sleep for whole night.

The hotel locates in the city center, very close to the restaurants and shops, a supermarket is also very close, the room is clean and they gave us coke and fruit on the firs day.

Hotel was in good location in city with lots of shops around. Each room we booked came with 2bedrooms and a bathroom. It is very Close to the marina. We booked activities scuba diving and ATV ride from reception. Much cheaper than online prices.

Breakfast was simple. Maybe could be improved. For two nights, there were some construction work going on above our room. There was hammering and a chain saw machine in use at 10pm. Not sure why these works were done late in the night. Otherwise our stay will be perfect.

The location was excellent for access to restaurants and cafes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms rate were good value too.

For such rating (8+), rooms should definitely be more clean. Mirrors were dirty, walls as well (there were stains and spots of dead moskitos), hair on bathroom floor. Bathrooms should be renovated, if not renovated then at least the shower head/ hose should be changed. Some investments should be done- I think most of people wouldn't mind if the price is a bit higher, but it the money is invested is the things mentioned above. It would be nice also to invest in new sheets/ beddings.

Comfy beds, clean towels. Decent WiFi (we used it only for Spotify, Google, soc media, ,etc but had no issues). Location is good- beach is nearby, as well as many important facilities (exchange office, super markets, shops, many restaurants, etc), but beware of the noise- the accommodation is on the main boulevard, so it is very noisy because of the traffic. Luckily, the bed was comfy, so I slept well despite the noise. Breakfast is small (see a photo attached), but its ok, they have turkish/ arabic coffee (Qahwah), which is a plus. The lady who serves breakfast is so nice and welcoming.

Although the price is low, it is still necessary to pay attention to hygiene. In the door, the bed is dirty, and the hair. There is obvious dirt on the quilt, which makes it uncomfortable. The sound insulation is poor and the traffic at the gate is very noisy.

The hotel has a great location in the city center. There is also a fish market nearby, and you can eat delicious seafood on foot. Hotel prices are very low, and there are no excessive requirements for facilities and equipment.

windows doesnt close properly, so hard to sleep in the morning or night because of the traffic noise. bathroom is old, i really didnt like the bathtub. and breakfast is not super special, can improve but ok.

Busy and loud. Balcony door doesn't protect you from that. Bedsheets were used but they changed them after complaint.

The toilet shower is too small and the fitting came out in the room
