There is no Golf car to take us from see to main building at noon time when weather is too hot

Absolutely wonderful hotel and resort. Everything was perfect and he felt unparalleled comfort. Service in restaurants is excellent. Capitano Restaurant is very good and the food is very good for all tastes. I would like to thank the employees, especially those working in restaurants❤️❤️❤️

A beautiful hotel and everything is available, including food and drinks. The service is very good. The bars and restaurants are lined up in Qat Al-Zouq and the attention is paid to the guest. The Captano restaurant is very good in terms of service and lining.

- Swimming pool hours to be extended during night time atleast 9 pm - Meal plates at the restaurants to be washed thoroughly - Food quality of Tagine restaurant was the best, I expect the other restaurants to be of same quality

nothing that cross my mind, there is nothing I wanna point out as dislike.

the All inclusive meals and drinks in the hotel was really excellent and above that the service. the team ( specially Mahmoud and Emad ) and their manager M.Abd Aal are really doing a a great job, working hard to make everyone comfortable. I have two kids and both really liked the stuff and how helpful and smiling they. The beach is awesome, naturally beautiful, sandy and the depth of the water is gradual. variety of pools which serve both kids and adults. Alex by the kids pool did a great job and Hossam Hassan by the beach also. The reception was helpful, especially Mohamed and the view and structure of the hotel was really awesome. One of the best hotels I have been in, I have visited many countries I would definitely recommend this hotel specially to families and I wanna thank the great team work the hotel stuff are doing , awesome job 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻

I really liked the place and specially the people working there, starting from the reception where we started with Mr. Mohamed Gamal Mansour who was really helpful, attentive and also his colleagues, to the restaurants and everyone working there and special thanks to chef Mohamed Abd Elmonem who made great food that we really enjoyed, the room was great with great view and very clean, also i want to mention the house keeping team who did a great job with leaving a big smile on my kids face after seeing the swans they make on there beds through some towels. Overall a great place to sty
