EgyptWould be great if food variety is wider. The restaurants that you are given voucher to change your dinner to are very so so, way better to eat at the main restaurant. Also would be nice to have some more toiletries in the bathroom (not everything needed was available). Some parts of the hotel are under reconstruction, but it is quiet and clean. Not a lot of people - that was an advantage for me. Liked the hotel - recommend!
Great location, very nice hotel. Actually you use all the amenities of both hotels - Labranda Club and Labranda Royal (for example, all the restaurants were located in Royal Hotel, which is a minute walk, same joint territory). Good room, clean, comfy beds, nice green territory of the hotel, several big heated pools, bay type of beaches with sand smooth entrance to the sea, amazingly clean water. Food was fine, can feel the economical crisis but still big variety, some dishes were very good! Wide choice of vegetables, fruit, local and international cuisine. Different drinks were available. Funny animation team, a lot of options how to spend your time. In hotel disco for adults in the evening, mini disco and kids club activities for children. Spa and salon on territory, some shops, pharmacy. Great internet but only in the lobby. Recommend, especially for stay with kids.

United KingdomYou are issued beach towels in the rooms and it is not easy to change them. There is certainly no possibility of changing them on the beach. You need to go to the reception and request a change, which is a drag. The wi-fi is terrible. It is only available in the lobby and some rooms, but the service is intermittent. A real problem in this day and age. The open-air disco on the pier, which works every night until 1am, could keep you awake. We had to change rooms for quieter ones to reduce the noise, which we could still hear. There is an inside disco room in the hotel, which was not used for some reason. Sparrows in the breakfast/lunch restaurant eat food off the tables and from the servery and no attempt is made to get rid of them. The area is covered with mesh curtains, but they do not seem to work. The bed was OK, but not the most comfortable.
Excellent beach location - still water due to the bay within the Makadi Bay. Good beach, but not enough sunloungers, so the early risers rushed to occupy them. Late risers had to be satisfied with the pool sun loungers or being right on the outskirts. The food was good and all chefs were smiley and friendly. There is a themed buffet night every day in addition to the main restaurant standard offering. You get 3 vouchers per stay (we stayed for 9 nights) to book a la carte restaurants (Italian, Asian, sushi, Greek, Cairo, Indian, shwarma, burger). Bookings are taken in the lobby from 9am for that day, so you need to be there early to ensure you get the time slots and restaurants you want. There is also a steak house and a seafood restuarant, but you will need to pay. There is a small fitness centre, but it is on the beach with no air conditioning. The grounds are well looked after and the greenery looks nice. The rooms are large and clean with a good size bathroom. Evening entertainment is good and reasonably varied.

United KingdomOne thing that needs to be resolved is the problem of all the birds in the beach side restaurant. There are very many sparrows which are getting into the bread and food and flying all over the place. This is a very serious health and safery issue, and could easily be a source of serious illness amoung the guests. I would be interested to hear the managements comments about this problem.

United KingdomInternet was non existent - even in the lobby, you cannot rely on internet banking. Not ATMs within the area so be warned. They try to sell you a number of items on the beach from massages, trips etc and this can be overwhelming
Booked the All inclusive package. The Christmas gala meal was simply out of this world. So many choices with helpful and attentive staff. Always fresh and healthy choices

Location , sandy beach and nice pool.the rooms were clean and comfortable...nice stuff very cooperative thanks to Mr Amer who welcomed us nicely at the beginning of our stay house keeping Mohamed from section A thank you so much ...the food and restaurants were perfect specially the on on the beach ...the beach ,pool and looby bar were active all the time and nice ...only one thing we knew about the night shows by ourselves no one announced for it the animation teams do not cover all the guests I think they talk to some gusts only neglecting others which I would rate it for one star they should be more professional...overall we have much fun ...thanks labranda club
