The staff, the food, the location, the view, the facilities, and the tranquility. Great for relaxation yet plenty of activities to do within the farm and beyond that can be arranged by the activity manager if you wish at any time.

The beautiful peaceful grounds were a lovely respite from busy Cairo. The room we had in Lavender Lodge was really comfortable and we were impressed how naturally cool the domes were in the heat of the day. Clean and well appointed room. As a chef myself I was excited and impressed with the excellent a la carte lunches and dinners we had using their own organically grown vegetables and local produce, the moussaka tagine, moumbar, stuffed pigeon and duck were stand out, we also loved all their vegetable dishes and alexandrian liver. We also had an amazing time learning to make the aish baladi and feteer with the wonderful women that were making all the breads fresh for the restaurant. They were very skilled and we really enjoyed meeting them. Tunis village was wonderful and everyone we met were passionate and proud of their town. Shout out also to Ibrahim for his kindness and adaptability organising activities for us during Ramadan, and to Abdul Raman for his knowledge and passion for the property.

This is not a reflection on the hoteĺ itself but we were sad to see so much avoidable single-use plastic pollution on the lake shore and around the oasis.

Lovely place, helpful and friendly staff. Quiet, peaceful, comfortable with fun activities. We spent a great morning out in the desert by jeep visiting fossilized whales, rode horses, made clay pots, made bread and swam. The food is simple, fresh and local.

Few things like: water and drinks need to be served cold specially in hot summer days, so they need to buy new friedgs, the service should be faster. Price is higher than other hotels around.

The room was a little smaller than the last one we stayed in...and the curtains need a black out underneath because the sun comes in really strong in the morning. Also the pool needed heating as it was freezing :D

Checkout was too slow , hotel Advertises 24*7 reception but the staff weren’t available at 9:00 AM and took us 45 minutes to leave

I requested a king size bed and they confirmed but I found that they put two single beds together which was totally fine but they also but two single mattress which wasn’t comfortable in between them so I am suggesting to provide king size mattress in that case to but even above the single beds I discovered that there’s an old stain on the bed cover and the bed sheet even though everything else was very clean but this stains annoyed me. There’s no good coffee,I tried the latte but it wasn’t good if they can provide this.

The interior design for the rooms and the hotel was exceptional The location and the green areas was relaxing They have various activities which was great The staff was friendly and helpful especially Mr.Mohamed and M.Amgad We spend 2days only but they helped us to well spend them They offered us a late check out They know that we’re celebrating my birthday and they made a romantic dinner setting free of charge which was really nice from them The bathroom was clean and the shower is good The breakfast was really good The place is super quiet and the private pool was really great idea to have the pool for one hour private so It’s a great option in covid 19 time

Service is non-existent. Rarely do you see staff assisting with towels, cleaning the room and being around the pool side.

Very slow service at the restaurant, most staff don't speak English so ordering is a challenge. Safari driver also didn't know English which made things harder. We didn't get any drinks with our breakfast on the first day. Would expect better for the money

Accommodation was beautiful and spotless. You can book a private slot for the pool. The manager was very nice and helpful.
