I would like to thank all the entire team of Jolie Ville for making my stay so enjoyable. Shout out to Walaa, the receptionist checked me in so early on arrival that instead of 2 PM. She let me in @ 10 AM and extended my stay till 1 PM on my last day without charging any extra money.Thank you so much for your kindness and the Egyptian hospitality the BEST... The place is so immaculate, like a paradise, beautiful garden, exceeded all my expectations beyond.When it comes to affordability by far, this is the best hotel I've ever had so far..The buffet breakfast, so many selections and the dinner buffet Asian cuisine, Italian, grilled Kebab as well available on site.I enjoyed the spa, fitness Centre gym equipment good enough.I would highly recommend this place without any hesitation definitely 💯% coming back in future.🇪🇬❤️🤗👌💕

Jolie Ville is an absolutely incredibly resort! We honeymooned there last month and the service, the food, the pool, the room, absolutely everything was so lovely and made our stay perfect! All staff were amazing and the Sway Asian restaurant is not to be missed - thank you Wael and Hamam for excellent service and food! The pool is beautiful and Sayed made sure that we always had everything we needed without needing to get out of our pool chairs! Thank you again we can't wait to come back!

Perfect hotel nice and quite place middle of the Nile. Staff was very friendly and food was very good. The rooms were big and clean. Pools were cleaned every day and wifi connection was good. I recommend this hotel to everyone that visit Luxor to have a nice relaxing stay and also enjoy the historical sites in Luxor

The pool staff were a little strict about the heated pool and not so nice to the kids.. but other than that it was great also note there is no conditioner.. only shampoo.. so bring your own.. as i am not sure they know what it is as i asked 3 times and it never turned up.. but the hotel was worth it. I'd stay again.

I wish there were more lunch options available as we often went out exploring in the mornings and evenings and avoided the heat by returning to the hotel midday - unfortunately this is when most restaurants at the hotel are closed.

This was so much better than we expected. Perfect for my father and I and would be great for families. It is an oasis of calm in the huddle and bustle of Egypt

I had a problem with the electricity (I had no electricity), and it took the technicians 2 hours to come. If I were just in holiday it's ok but I was working and I need my computer charged.

Check in took a bit long, seriously short of staff. Suggest to check in after 4pm. The shuttle bus to Luxor center is not very frequent, difficult to get a taxi.
