The resort is top notch and has a variety of facilities for an exciting vacation. All staff across all bars, restaurants and reception were extremely friendly & welcoming,particularly Mr. Mahmoud guest relations manager and Fam Ganzabil pool bar barsita! Mr. Mahnoud was so keen to make us comfortable by managing A la carte dinner, providing info. on favilities timings and programs. This will definitely be our go to place next times in Hurghada !

No On-Site Gym: There is no gym facility at Jaz Makadi Saraya itself. However, the option exists to use a gym at a nearby hotel for an additional charge. Beach Access: While the beach is beautiful, it's a 10-minute walk from the hotel. This might be a factor for those with mobility limitations or who prefer a shorter walk.

This is my second stay at Jaz Makadi Saraya and will definitely not be the last, it was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the exceptional service. The staff seemed endless, each person friendly and attentive to my every need. The resort itself was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. It was clear that a lot of care goes into keeping this place a true oasis. The warm hospitality extended to all the staff I encountered. A special thanks goes out to Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Talaat, the reception managers. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always offering a friendly smile and helpful advice. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. Overall, Jaz Makadi Saraya exceeded my expectations. With its impeccable cleanliness, friendly staff, and outstanding service from Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Talaat, it's a resort I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We had to walk a long distance for the beach - the aqua park was not in the facility and we had to have a ticket for single entrance so you cannot go for lunch and come back also drinks are limited in the aqua park - night shows were nice but not amazing as everything in the resort except the fire show - animation team need to envolve guests more in the activities

I liked the staff very much especially at the reception Mr Mohmoud Mansour or Montaser don’t remember but he was really keen to help and let us enjoy our stay - Food and drinks are excellent quality and available all the time everywhere - animation team did their best but a bit need more creativity - The pool guard saved my son instantly when he jumped in the wrong swimming pool I really thank him so much for that his name was Mahmoud I think - Fire show was very nice - maintenance was instantly present for any complaint in the room - AMAZING STAFF REALLY - also I liked the boards with guests names everywhere, encouraging 😉

Food variety was not suitable for my condition but it is a special case. It would be great of the room service was faster.

Overall experience was wonderful, I like the hotel setup, the pool was great and kids friendly. the staff was cheerful, The room was perfect and the animation team was super friendly. I would like to go again

The room’s toilet did not have a built in bidet, only a shower hose.

We had a great time during our trip! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel landscape and gardens are beautiful. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The beach was nearby, almost a 5-min nice walk in the gardens. Also our access to the waterpark was a huge plus! Food and drinks tasted great and we really enjoyed our meals.

The place is so well designed bringing proximities of mixed uses - the whole complex is amazing with beautiful landscaping, structures and most importantly amazing staff. We enjoyed the stay and the sea and we plan to come often.

- Wifi connectivity was spotty, so had to go out of the room to check email. Did not bother us enough to ask for a room change etc. - ACs were old and a bit loud, once again not bad enough to ask for a room change. Nevertheless we will return to this hotel, it was the best I have been in so far!

- The resort was very beautiful, well maintained and had everything one could think of for a perfect stay. We were very comfortable throughout our stay - The food was amazing, so much variety and a lot of local cuisine too. When I complimented the staff the chef came to us to say hello, everyone was so friendly and worked so hard to give us a great vacation. The food was so good that we indulged and since it was fresh we never had any stomach problems. - The shops also had everything one could want for the beach as well as daily items - The daily shows were very entertaining and the staff worked so hard to make us laugh and enjoy the shows
