Our experience is amazing at jaz oasis makadi, the place is so clean and it has everything you are expecting. Food quality and diversity is excellent (better than more expensive hotels) Staff is friendly and helpful Animation and shows are everyday. Nice beach on a 5 mins walking distance. Rooms are not luxurious but it is so clean. It has a 24/7 pharmacy inside the hotel which is a big advantage. The only drawback is that wifi is not covering all the places. It won't be our last time here.

The entertainment at night was hit or miss, which was disappointing. We are not expecting theater level quality, however some nights it was great and others it seemed like staff were just puttinf random stuff together. Also, there is a fee to use the gym, which I found a little strange in all inclusive resort. It would be better to raise everyone's stay by US $1 dollar then charge people $5 dollar US to use the gym.

We were are a 40 year old couple, that normally does a mixture of water activities and lazying around the beach. Therefore, take this into perspective with our review. The resort was beautiful, with the location of the pools close to majority of the rooms. Also, the staff was always cleaning and ready to help with any requests. The food selection and quality was good. The free access and shuttle to the water park was great. The beach was a 13 minute walk from resort, but it was very easy walk. Plus the beach was beautiful. Overall, we would stay in the place again.

Wi-fi was quite dodgy, especially inside the bedrooms.

An excellent all-inclusive option - loads to do for the kids, wonderful friendly staff and excellent quality food. The whole resort - bedrooms, swimming pool areas, common spaces including the toilets - was exceptionally clean throughout our stay. Overall very impressed.

Not sure where to begin. Since our arrival we were given a pool view upgrade! Our "early" checkin process literally took 10-15 minutes. Thanks to Mr. Ibrahim at reception. This is not our first stay and we've known what to expect from Oasis. Everything was up to our expectations, the place is spotless. Housekeeping was always on time although the hotel was almost at full capacity due to holiday season in Egypt. The kids enjoyed the family pool woth shaded area and a couple slides and ofcourse above all the Aqua park which were increased from 1 time entry during stay to daily which was very much appreciated by the kids The walk to the beach from the rooms was 3-4 minutes. And again tho it was high season we always found places to settle on the beach. Our nights were always kept busy by entertainment from oasis animation team lead by Ryan who is always very inclusive of all backgrounds and keeps all guests entertained equally (locals and tourists) The staff of Oasis in general are very inclusive towards local guests unlike many other hotels we get the same treatments as tourists which has always been a main reason for us to come back again and again and soon again :) Notable mentions (Mr. Badawy / Sheba from main resturant) (Ahmed & Ahmed from the pool bars) (chef Moustafa from the pasta station and the burger station at the beach) (chef Hamdy from family resturant and pool bar) (ossama from housekeeping) - Thanks for making it an amazing stay and till our next time ❤️

The water pressure and heater would get really bad during peak shower time (sunset). The mineral water available in the hotel tasted odd.

It was really clean and the staff were really friendly. There are always snacks available by the pool or the beach. The rooms were great.

The cleaning people were a bit strange- he knew we were checking out that day and he came over 2 times knocking on our door only for talking (we forgot the do not disturb sign, but still I think it was too much distrubance, when he does not need to clean there yet...). Let people rest and do not disturb them unnescessarily.

I liked the coral reef on the beach and the food court on the beach. It was very confortable i did not need to go back to the hotel for food- because it was 10 minutes walk away.

Food was too similar every time so we got bored with it. More live cooking stations would be beneficial. Would be nice if they give more options for eating in different restaurants with different menus. Swimming pool was a bit limited looking and water was too cold for swimming. Perhaps they could extend the heated pool a little later? Aqua park was nice but it needs a shuttle bus to get there. Water temperature in the Aqua Park could be warmer especially in the kids and slides area.

In general, facilities were good and lots of things were available in and around the hotel. The option to eat out in an a la cart restaurant was nice but having more options to do so would be great.
