Everything was excellent The reception staff was very helpful and they respond to guests as quickly as possible The entertainment team was excellent and special thanks for the happy moments they made for us. Also I’d like to thank them for their activities and for the moments they spend with kids at the kids club Also the room service was excellent The room was clean with great facilities and lovely view I recommend Jaz Dahabeya for those who want to spend a great vacation ❤️❤️❤️

I liked were the hotel is located, staff was incredible nice to me, very attentive and kind. My plan was to visit Mount Sinai and other places so they always had my breakfast packed ready no matter if it was at 2 am.

The only downside is that the internet worked only in the common areas and even there, it wasn't very good.

Excellent hotel, very charismatic staff (special mention to Rami at the reception who was extremely attentive to us every day), the restaurant food is very, very, very good, they make omelets on the spot, and there were thousands of options for dinner every day. They have a shuttle service twice a day to the center of Dahab (an important note is that the hotel is not very close to the center, but you can easily find a taxi for just 100 EGP). On the day we arrived, we missed dinner due to the time, so they gave us a lunch on a day of our choice. They also provided a new bottle of water in the room every day and snacks on other days. It’s a very family-friendly hotel with lots of children. You can choose it without thinking twice. They also have a diving center and a wind surf place inside the hotel.

The personnel, without a doubt.

The resort was super and the personnel even better. They were absolutely the best and very service minded, happy to help at any time without being intrusive. They also had a great connection with our kids. Besides the great personnel and well maintained resort facilities, the location very close to Dahab Laguna was just perfect. It is only a short taxi drive (which costs you 50 EGP = 1 EUR) to the center of Dahab and it’s lively boulevard. The food was good too! Great bbq chef with kofta and grilled chicken on one day and seefood the next. Also other dishes were tasty and enough variety for us at both breakfast and dinner. If at all a point of criticism (but completely made up for in terms of value for money) was the fact that you have to pay extra for all other drinks then coffee, tea and water at breakfast and only water at dinner. Not an issue for us, but something to take into account.

Nothing really. The only thing was that the wifi did not really work well inside the rooms. But was ok sitting outside. The wifi was a little slow. But this is a very minor point.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Strong hot water and A/C. The tv was great as it had good movies in English .We had a garden apartment, right next to the pool, and the lovely beach was only a couple of minutes walk from our room. The beach was kinda private. With security and mini bar and pizza served too. Loads of water activities and hire gear too. We Had a lovely sitting area outside the room . All the areas were cleaned regularly . With very friendly staff. We loved the half board option : Massive buffet selection for breakfast and supper. This saved us a lot of money and time looking for food. The hotel organise games on the beach and evenings music events. The hotel also supplies a free shuttle bus to and from the Dahab centre. This operates twice a day .

The balcony sliding door had no way to get inside if we had closed it completely from the outside. No quiet areas of you don’t want to hear the music during the day.

Clean and spacious , beautiful beachfront and comfortable seating . Sandy and clean water. The balcony has a nice view of the sea.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and well-kept. Right at the beachfront, you have to option to jump into the sea right away or just relax in the beautiful and clean swimming pool. The rooms are equipped with a nice terrace and cleaned on a daily basis including fresh towels. The restaurant's food was tasty, fresh and diversified.

Cozy small hotel (small for Egypt), pleasant atmosphere, nice personnel. There is a free shuttle bus to city center.
