Honestly absolutely nothing at all! Amazing stay, was so sad to leave!

This hotel exceeded our expectations and so much more. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the location is amazing for snorkelling and diving. The hotel beach/sea is full of amazing reef, fish, turtles (soo many) and we even saw a huge sea cow. The food is also amazing at the restaurant and there are 3 different restaurants and even more bars/shisha sky bar! The entertainment each night is high quality performances which we really enjoyed - this is something that’s usually poor at hotels but it was really great here! We did some absolutely amazing excursions via the hotel - they only allow reliable and reputable companies to the hotel to offer you excursions, and they won’t disappoint! Honestly we had the most amazing time at this hotel and the staff were absolutely exceptional. All staff- waiters, bar staff, beach staff, lifeguards, housekeeping, reception, taxi staff, entertainment staff, chefs and servers. I can’t describe how lovely they all were, we loved sitting and chatting with them also and they all made us smile and laugh all of the time. Special shout out to Ahmed taxis from reception and also his exceptional driver Ibrahim, both Ahmed beach servers were great and kept us happy at all times! Mustafa the lifeguard and Mahmoud in the sky bar were both great too and so so friendly! And finally our housekeeper Hussein who created special towel figures for us every single day! Thank you allll for an incredible stay, the staff are truly great and genuinely nice people that work so hard to ensure you have a nice time!

It was a most beautiful resort in the red sea. It was a second time visit here. My families told me that it is like a dream. The staffs was so friendly, kind and professional. I asked them for birthday cake of one of my family. They prepared a great dinner table and lovely small cake and congratulations songs. It was so impressive experience of my life. Thank you enough for you staff's all efforts. Every morning open my eyes, I could see a beautiful view and restaurants was great also. Main restaurant's food was perfect and Sand restaurant was also immaculate. They served us sufficient all I wanted. Especially my mather felt happy here. she told me she came the place like a heaven. If I have a chance to come here again, I'll do. Thank you so much while the days I stayed.

A vacation that we will remember with enthusiasm. Luxurious hotel, beautiful, clean. Everywhere helpful staff. Excellent food. The beach a few steps from the room. "Room boy" Mohamed very helpful and kind, every day he prepared for us an animal made of towels during cleaning. Waiters on the beach and in the restaurant (we communicated the most with Amed and Ibrahim) fantastic, we were sorry to say goodbye. On the beach several lifeguards, the hotel has its own clinic, we felt safe and were in magical comfort. We will definitely come back here.

A little minus are the boats in the bay, that bring a lot of tourists for snorkeling and sometimes play loud music.

The staff was so friendly, always willing to help you and make the stay as comfortable as possible. And they were all so kind with our daughter. The hotel is very nice, everything is clean and modern, the buffet was great and the food very tasty with a large selection. The bay is beautiful as well, as you can see corals and lots of fish and meet turtles and sometimes a Dugong while snorkeling. We also went diving with the great dive center (scuba world divers - Iberotel costa mares) located in the same bay.

The only negative experience we had was getting picked up for a trip. The security wouldn’t let our transportation in to the grounds and we had to walk 5-10mins to the gate. When we mentioned this to the reception manager he said it was unacceptable and did make sure our airport transportation was let in.

The hotel was well presented with modern decor, stylish and very clean. The hotel was tightly run with great service at ever point of customer service. Waiting on, reception, house service and chefs. The food and drinks were excellent and some food was so fresh it was prepared in front of you on the grill. The drinks menu was extensive and the waiters kept you topped up. The online app and news letter was a nice touch and really helpful. The house keeping also left letters which were helpful such as a reminder of daylights saving or an invitation to sunset cocktails. The beach and sea at the bay were fantastic. The marine life was as plentiful with highlights such as turtles, lion fish and blue spotted ribbon rays.

We spent a week here in the middle of September and really enjoyed it. The room was great for us as a couple with our 12 yr old son. The food was really good and everyone working was very kind. The best part for us was the beach. We liked that it had a sand entry. We were able to see many turtles and the dugong on several occasions. There's a nice little reef to the left of the swimming area as well. Abdo did a great job of keeping our room very clean as well! Hopefully, we'll be able to return one day.

I diffitlnly feel in love with this place 😍 amazing food ,cocktailis and nice vibe. Perfect place for snorkeling with huge TURTLES and DOGONGOO. Amazing place for taking pictures specially in sunset. There are too many boats in front of the sea cause many people come there to do excursions. We would have love more variety in the buffet.

The beach is perfect fo swimmers and kids. For snorcheling you have just a smaller house-reef next to beach, but just after aprox 700m you can find everything you might dream of. As the bay is known as Dulong and turtles site - every day many ships arrive with a lot of people, so this is a bit disturbing and also the ships polute the water - the hotel staff is endlesly cleaning the beach, so it is clean but I would fear that the Dulongs and turtles might disappear in the future. There is also big construction ongoing - it is not disturbing, but the idea of 4-5x more people on the same beach is littlebit scary... So I recomend to go there as soon as possible. :-)

English follows. Jedná o zkušenost blízkých přátel, ne o zkušnost osobní. Generally I don´t give 10even if I am satisfied with the accomodation and also I generally don´t write long rewiews... But this stay was so good, that I feel, that it is fair to write some more. The hotel and it´s aproach is great. We have been never so much satisfied with everything - starting from the personell, tidiness of rooms, great pool area, beach and quality of food. It is a kind of accomodation that we generaly dont visit so much as it is bit costy, but IT IS WORTH EVERY euro/dollar/CZK it cost! Disposition of the hotel is very well balanced - so it is close to all three restaurants and beach from any part of the hotel. Servis, beach and gardens are kept to the best detail. Food was a great - not just wide choice, but very variable in tasteand especially of superb quality.

It was difficult to have a spot at the a la carte restaurant because we only stayed for 2 nights. But the staff was very helpful and helped us with that issue. The room was comfortable and had a nice view but we were expecting it to be more spacious.

The hotel is very comfortable and it looks modern and new. Highlight for the food, with a lot of variety and quality. The beverages are also good, we really liked the Sky Bar and the cocktails served there were above average. The a la carte restaurant was very good, the staff was very attentive and we had a lot of food. The beach is good even though we would prefer a little more privacy. The wifi worked well and good speed.
