While making a tour around the SPA i find out that the massage rooms wasn't cleaned after the previous guests and it's not a good idea to show the guest SPA zone in such a unsightly appearance (with used towels on the floor and unwashed dishes after wedding party). Hope, you'll take it into account.

The room was quite comfortable. Unfortunately there were no sleepers and word robe and other things that should be in a 5* hotel (dental kit and others). But still the stuff tried to solve this problem in a very kind way.

The location is quite far away, it takes 40-50 min to get to the centre of the city though the place and air is clean and peaceful. So, if you want also relax at the hotel and use swimming pools is a good option. If you plan to go with kids it's better to bring swimming ring with you as the hotel does not provide it or you can but it in their shop. The other thing that really surprised me is that the 5 star hotel does not initially put slippers, cotton pads and etc in the room, you need to ask the personnel for that.

The hotel is good, the personnel is polite. We were allowed to check in earlier. The breakfasts and dinners are good, however it would have been better to have more varieties in meat at dinner time, for example to add seafood.

The only thing that the room was far from the elevator and my mother found it a bit tiring to walk all the distance more than once daily from the elevator to the room.

This experience solidified my positive impression of the Hilton Hotel. It's not just about the comfortable rooms and delicious food; it's about the people who make the difference. Mr. Wael's act of kindness turned a pleasant stay into a memorable one, showcasing the true value of excellent customer service. All the staff were great and Ms. Rowan as well (Relation Manager) was always around the lobby making sure that all is going fine. If you're looking for a hotel that offers not only comfort and convenience but also genuine care and dedication to its guests, then the Hilton Hotel is the perfect choice. And if you're lucky enough to be assisted by Mr. Wael, consider your stay an even greater privilege. Highly recommend!

As during my first stay, there were issues with the maintenance of the shower. This time the handle of the shower tap was missing. Printed toilet seat band as evidence of being sanitised was missing.

Very good assortment, fresh and tasty. Would prefer other types of bread, not only made of wheat, due to gluten intolerance.

The hotel is far away from the city center, however that offers slightly cleaner air than in the rest of the city. The hotel has plenty of amenities and is well kept. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.

Weddings are v noisy with high loud speekers and to v late hours and all rooms are distrubed w noise this is a relaxing hotel not a wedding hall, so either weddings to finish early, or loudspeekers to be lower, or weddings to be in a seperate place In addition check in was v late, and house keepers were not enough to finish on time which made guests nervous and reception v crowded w lauggage and guests

The corridors of the Hotel were however the dirtiest I have ever seen in all Hotels that I have stayed in.

The breakfast was good and the attention of Aya to the guests was superb. Your dining room staff led by Aya ere brilliant. You should make Aya in charge of the cleaning her attention to guest is superb. The staff I interacted with were very helpful.
