You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicEquipment in the room was very old, it was very difficult to open and close room doors. Shower wasn't the most cozy one. But at least warm water was working. Is hard to rate, when this hotel is having probably only local guests and European standard is far from what you can find here. For locals probably good.
Hotel is in the centre of town, so all shops are very near. Lobby was nice and personal helpful. Our room had AC with heating function.It was ok for one night.

United KingdomSome of the rooms were quit cold. It was a cold night, but some rooms seemed a lot colder than others (we had two rooms, one was fine, one was very cold) so maybe some improved insolation in the colder rooms could be an improvement.
Good location right next to the train station so ideal for a quick stop over like we did on the way to Al Fayoum. The rooms are reasonable size and beds comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Egyptian breakfast was delicious.

HungaryNot really clean. Windows won’t close properly, all noise comes in from the street. Also, window sills are so dirty! The whole HVAC is maybe 25yo: noisy, dirty, dripping water (from the units on higher floors) makes noise… In the larger rooms there was additional AC, but the old one couldn’t be turned off, still noisy. I don’t know if in the smaller rooms the old ones would provide adequate cooling in the summer though. Next to the train station: trains (likely freight) go all night, and horn… No toilet brush.
Fridge, hot shower, staff. Parking in the lot in front of the hotel is OK if you find space.
