The bar seemed to have a strange smell from it each day, food was spicy even for kids, also no shampoo in the room, it was a soap dispenser

The hotel is Definitely not new and needs some renovation, however, the balance between quality anp price is perfect. The personal is very friendly, the food is always very tasty. I would say that food here is better than in the majority of hotels with twice higher prices. The pearl of this hotel is its lagoon with the sandy entrance to the sea. We chose this hotel for a day or two,when we want to change the environment and swim safely for the reasonable price.

The breakfast was decent but didn't meet our expectations, the pizza we ordered was undercooked, and the Alfredo pasta didn't match its menu description or taste. Also, the hotel's tours were more expensive than other options.

My stay was awesome, the rooms were super comfy and clean. The beach right there was amazing. Room service was nice, The staff were all nice and helpful. Plus, the hotel's spot is perfect, right in the center of the city. It was just a great place to stay, which made my trip even better.

The resort is mainly frequented by Russians. There is loud music played from damaged distorted speakers on the beach but most patrons are drunk and seem to enjoy this. An interesting place to people watch. The food is ok and will fill you up but you won't be telling your friends about it

We stayed here twice. November and January. A resort in a great location. Comfortable large rooms and quiet when we were there. Bed sheets and mattresses are a little worn and rough. Many places to help yourself to water or other soft drinks. Gym has a few machines but nothing to write home about. The beach has a nice swimming area. Many sun loungers but depending on the time of year you're there you'll either have to wake at 5 to claim one or they're free all day.

There was a constant buzzing noise at night I think due to the AC units on top of the buildings. The food was good & the presentation was amazing, I just think they need to work on improving the flavor of the food to match how amazing everything looked.

Amazing view, friendly staff, loved the beach so so so much, fun activities, food at all times for the all inclusive guests, an extravagant New Year’s Eve party!

- Wifi is crap, speed and coverage. - Some of the staff are not the friendliest. - Food is not tasty (though lots of it)! - Restaurant layout can be smarter, so I can make tea in one station not two and put the ketchup beside the fries not on the other end for example.

- We have got a room in the main building on the top floor with side view on the palms and Red Sea. But interestingly there is a high capacity cooler on the roof without any noise reduction. The balconies are in U shaped building, the noise was very very loud and disturbing continuously even with closed balcony door. Probably it was the central cooler serving many ACs. So after three days we needed to change room when it became available on the other side. The stuff was very helpful though, they did not questioned the need and offered the other room free. That was a perfect room as seen on photo. - There are two elevators. One is perfectly new but the other looked like nobody maintained it for years. Other things were already renewed, no problem just the elevator. - Their private beach is sandy, no corals at all, very moderate swimming area is rope fenced because there are small boat harbor in the direct neighbourhood. So what you can do is swimming back and forth beside the rope. Very moderate underwater life. So it is much better to book very affordable daily trips on Tripadvisor if you really like to see the Red Sea corals and colourful fishes. If you want to sunbathing all day, it is perfect.

The bar is perfect for the purpose. You may forget the vodka, the, rum, the whisky, but their brandy and cocktails are quite ok to sanitise your digestive system to avoid "Egyipt sickness" every day. The stuff is excellent, helpful and polite, they do not push to get baksis. The food is also perfect both the taste and the relatively wide selection. Especially the separate fish restaurant offers affordable tasty fishes in the moonlight at the seaside. There is an outdoor stage beside the pool where they have different free shows every day. Not only belly dance but fakir, etc. The massage is also well.

Not quite didn't like. But rooms could do with updating. But, don't get put off, still good standard.

Very good location. Nice, clean beach area, clear water. Meal times relaxed and snacks available throughout the day and at beach. Could easily spend the day at beach & just go back and again. Sun bathing brilliant. Spa excellent, we had a Cleopatra & Turkish combo treatment. Location central for day excursion to Archaeological sites Valley of Kings in Luxor. Pleasantly surprised.
