The outside pools are not heated, the water was very cold in May. The children playground need to be bigger and has more variety of games. They do not serve a big variety of food.

The room wa spacious and the pools were clean and big. There were always lifeguards surrounding the pools. The indoor heated pool is very good. The food was fine. And the staff were very helpful and cheerful.

The beddings are cleans, but a little bit tired. The pillows were too high and firm for me. But it just a personal preference.

We love the hotel facilities, food in the restaurant, staff, the beach. The territory is big, it is only 3 minutes to the beach by walk or you can take a buggy. The biggest bonus was the indoor heated swimming pool. Unfortunately, it was very windy days during our stay, but our kid still enjoyed swimming! There were kids movies after dinner too.

The restaurant as for the breakfast, it was okay, but the bakeries wasn’t good at all. The dinner, it was fine, but could be better when it comes to the quality of the food!

Once arrived the check-in process is finished within minutes, Mr. Mohamed at the front desk was very helpful, decent we would like to thank him, he also upgraded our room which was very cool and nice. The room was very clean. Heated pool indoor, is good but small; however the outdoor pool was very good although the water was cold but you would like swimming in it. The beach is 5 minutes walking, but there is a golf car ride service. The staff were very helpful and decent.

We suggest to share in advance the animation program and put a place for prayer downstairs.

Everything was excellent, rooms were very clean, calm and comfortable, the staff was very kind and proactive, the animation team was very active, the food at Al Fanar restaurant was exceptional, very tasty and proper. The shuttle to the beach was for free by golf car. we really appreciated our stay and we highly recommend it.

Room was not sea view although it said it was when we booked (superior triple room)..i spoke with the staff and they said they know its not but they cant change it for me because they were fully booked Beach open at 7 am and we could not go before that to enjoy the sunrise

The beach is in the hotel and beach and it is not sandy beach.

Price: I paid almost 80% extra because the hotel charged me during EGP floating day, and they decreased their prices in booking. I called and tried to ask for help but they were not keen on helping, but I will not let that affect my review because my family enjoyed the trip. But this part deserves 2/10! Pools: The heated one was indoor and very small, so 7/10 Aqua park: I just wished they would heat the water, just a “bit”. Staff: Some staff in the buffet just needs more training to deal with the customers. 9/10 Cleanliness: 9/10 The room cleanliness is very good, as well as the hotel, just one or two bathrooms at the hotel like beside the “La Pergola” need more care

Exceeded my expectations to be honest, an enjoyable stay with my family. Overall review score 8.5/10. My detailed review: Cleanliness: 9/10 The room cleanliness is very good, as well as the hotel. Room: 10/10 The room is spacious with enough space to sleep, relax and just sit. Same as the balcony which in our case was overlooking the pool and sea from the side. The bathroom is well-maintained and nicely decorated Staff: Staff are helpful and the animation team is energetic, especially with kids at night!. My kids had fun and they even receives mini Ramadan lamps from the animation team. Aqua park: 9/10 for the price, they have 3 medium-sized slides and nice aqua play area for younger kids along with 2 smaller slides along with other kids. Pools: Many nice pools, but the heated one was indoor and very small, so 7/10 Food: was good enough for the price, food tasted like home-cooked meals, which is good. Quality and taste is good. You can also order food and it is delivered to you wherever you are sitting or in your room, the prices are good and quality is decent. 8/10 Beach: The rocky Beach is a bit far (5-6 minutes walk) but you can also ask for a golf cart to get you there. Seating on the beach is nice and well-maintained

Although room was big and with big terrace but unfortunately there is no privacy in the terrace as people in rooms beside are almost sitting with each other.

Staff so friendly and service is excellent, room is big and clean, pool is big and clean. Food is tasty. Cozy atmosphere. Beach is clean and with service. Night show was great.
