This is my second time staying in Carol Reefs Hotel, and I can confidently say it won't be my last. The cozy atmosphere and the hotel's proximity to everything, from the beach to restaurants, enhance the experience. Once again, Deeb's warm hospitality and attention to detail ensured our stay was exceptional, solidifying Carol Reefs as my preferred destination in Dahab.

Lovely hotel with nice en-suite rooms. Staff were very friendly and quick to respond to requests both via Whatsapp and in person at the hotel. They also facilitated a trip to the Coloured Canyons for us which was very helpful. Breakfast was good. In a good location slightly off the main street, so slightly quieter, and close to a supermarket and other shops. Very good value for money!

Bathroom should be repaired. You get what you paid for.

Personal is nice. Room is OK. Breakfast one morning is OK but next morning was poor. No fruit no honey no bread. The roomrate is good.

The hotel is located in the shopping area of Dahab, where they play music in the evenings. The music got really loud at night and kept us awake the first nights. Eventually, we got used to it though. And because of the city's religion, you will hear the calling for prayer 5 times a day. But that's probably everywhere in the centre? It was not something the hotel could change. The location of the hotel was super central though, so it was a good thing as well.

The guys working there were so nice; they made us feel so welcome! Islem, Deep, Emad and the always smiling breakfast guy! The Egyptian breakfast has been an every day pleasure and the room was really clean! When we asked them halfway our stay to clean again, they were happy to do so!

The location is very central... The rooms were clean... Great breakfast.... Very friendly staff...Emad, the big man with a matching big heart was especially friendly and helpful with whatever I needed... All in all, a great and affordable place to stay with everything you need at your doorstep. A thumbs up!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here. It's the perfect location, in the heart of the city centre. So easy to walk around and explore. The breakfast is excellent and there are so many good restaurants close by for lunch / dinner. The staff are friendly.

Almost nothing. Everything was really nice.

My stay was so good. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. All the staff are very helpful and nice. They helped us to early check in and gave us their own domino to play when we asked them about any game or playing card to use. The breakfast was good and changeable everyday. Deeb the receptionist is very helpful. They even offered to heat our own food when we asked them to. I would recommend it to anyone going to Dahab and want to stay in El mamsha (Down town Dahab). I will definitely go again there very soon.

- pillows were ultra dirty - blankets not washed so you had nothing to use - everyday the same breakfast but ok /egyptian/ - noisy local guest in the hotel, we woke every night

There was aircondition only in one of the two rooms apartment. A cattle could be nice. More cleaning of the garden and public areas is required.

The location is very central but quite. Breakfast is nice and the room is comfortable. The team made sure that we get whatever necessary for us.
