It was a great experience to stay in Cleopatra's hotel, the Staff was really friendly and the room was clean and big. The breakfast and the dinner were really delicious. I really recommend this place for your stay. Its nearby the Luxor stables which is really lovely for horse riders

Owners are really nice people, warm and welcoming. We even shared Ramadan breakfast together. Rooms are comfortable, clean and with air conditioning. The location is great, the West Bank is much more calm than the east bank. Nearby services like pharmacy and shops. You can walk in 5 min to the ferry to get to the east bank. Also, magnificent rooftop to have breakfast looking at the mountains of the king’s valley.

breakfast on the terrace, with lots of coffee, view of the fields and mountains, balcony off room allowed us to smoke without leaving room, 4 poster bed was a treat. As visit coincided with Ramadam, paid for dinner was at owners home, whilst this was a unique experience, would have liked the option of eating in the hotel

Breakfast was a 1 egg omelette soft bread rolls, cheese spread, honey and jam and a plain yoghurt, but loads if coffee. This is off the main road, my room had a small balcony and the highlight for me, a bath tub!! house is very beautiful, good view on the roof top, highly recommend. The only thing is the road to the house is Dirt Road, but it is Luxor's fault, not the house owner' fault.

The bathroom could use some work. I had to shut the toilet faucet so it wouldn’t run all the time, and the shower head leaked.

The room was comfortable and cozy. The rooftop terrace has a great view and is lovely for sunset. Because I was there over Ramadan, I (and all other guests) were invited to feast every evening. Very yummy food and very generous and attentive hosts. Mohammed and Mahmoud were very accommodating and helpful organizing cars and excursions.

The bathroom could have a towel carpet out of the shower and towel provided would be appreciate it. But you can live with that

The location: many people thinking or wondering if east bank is better? IS NOT! West bank is a really peaceful area, quiet and calm around. Plus good view MAHMOUD: who does his best to help you and makes you feel at home (thank you! Btw you were right and i extended also another night in Aswan) Bed: comfy, and quiet. with allergies for horses there were horses near by...but it was nice and added to the local feel

the best food we had in Egypt...traditional, prepared fresh, very tasty....we have prepaid a 5star resort in Hurghada, it was nice, but food there was nothing traditional, it was doe to please the masses, this was original, with spices and local flavours. The owner and manager were super friendly and lovely people.

The view on the roof is amazing. This morning i saw the sunrise at 06.25 hrs. Magic! Mahmud is an amazing cook and was putting me at ease. I had one hour delay and missed my Luxor flight. He made me tea and talked with me. I feel very welcome and at home at Cleopatra Hotel. Mahmud walked with me to show the environtment and showed me were i can by Egyptian SIM card and where to drink fresh orange juice. It is more relaxed at westbank than Eastbank. Mahmud, you are the best and made the uneasy start (missed plane, missed sleep) bearable. We keep in touch and kind regards to all of your staff. Shokran Miriam.
