Too isolated for me as a solo traveller and bit difficult to find. Plus it was low season so I didn't get to meet any other guests.

I felt quite alone when I arrived and was worried because the hotel felt isolated. That said, I felt immediately welcomed and put at ease by my friendly and generous hosts. Before I knew it I had been whisked away on THE MOST INCREDIBLE DESERT SAFARI. I will remember the experience forever. Beautiful room and peaceful surroundings. Once i'd settled in I felt extremely safe and relaxed with this sweet sweet family.

Lovely place to stay. good facilities, only the WiFi is lacking. Ziyad was really kind, although communication was a bit difficult, as we didn’t speak Arabic. please note that the directions given by Booking aren’t right.

The room and the pool are fantastic. The terrace on the first floor is a great place to have a few drinks while watching the sunset.

For the price I would have expected water in the room. During the first night I was quite thirsty and realised that there was no bottled water in the room. I did a safari with the owner of the hotel. When we were in the middle of the desert, just the two of us in the vehicle, he told me that I was beautiful. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I feel that it was extremely inappropriate. Also he tried to show off in the sand and we got stuck for over an hour and no discount was offered for the inconvenience.

The hotel is beautiful, gorgeous large rooms and a lovely garden and swimming pool. Breakfast was good and tea was available at all times.

The place is beautiful located in the Tunis Village, walking distance from restaurants, pottery shops and the lake. Its a quiet place with beautiful rooms. You can stay and enjoy the garden with birds and the swimmingpool or make trips to enjoy the surrounding! Very nice place!

Material exploitation in prices .specifically in breakfast Children's prices are calculated like adults, beverages not included breakfast and prices expensive ,safari was very good but so expensive specifically in diner at camp the food was worthy and he calculated children's prices like adults. it was bad experience and Will not be repeated.

Said is very friendly and he organized very well our trip to the Whales’ Valley and the magic lake. We enjoyed the experience of sandboarding and the crossing through Wady El Ryan with his jeep. He’s an expert in sliding over the desert dunes. The breakfast he prepared for us was special.

This little hotel is clean and confortable. Its owner mr. Mustafa takes care of the satisfaction of his guests. I advice to book with him the trips to the magic lake and to the whales valley: he is kind and has a huge and well mainteined 4x4 that climbs easily the steepest dunes.

Feeling Home is not easy, but this what we felt when we arraived. It is a boutique hotel (4 rooms). The owner was waiting for us. Very clean room. Nice breakfast provided by "Faris" who is avaliable 24/7. Faris is very kind and helpful and can guide you if you need any help. They did not tell us that they can do lunch for us "Egyptian Food" The people at the village are very nice and very polite. Really you feel all of them are one family and they know each others. If you boom the full hotels (4 rooms with your family and friends) it will be a great idea. Definitely we will go again.

it was so cold and no heaters were working . i found that 1 stuff is not enough for the service.. breakfast was poor in terms of variety and the load was a lot for 1 person to handle the service
