Elevator was broken and there wasnt any info at the beginning, i told them to put info paper and they did. I was sleeping personel room , there was a friend in hostel rooms. I asked the receptionist can my friend come to my room while i prepare my suitcase before i go for 10 minutes .(by the way two men , opposite can be problem because of religious rules) Thats ended egyptian way again. By the way , bidet nozzle were broken in two rooms. Whose idea was , not putting a shower curtain in shower. All bathroom even room got wet.

The stairs were a bit dirty and could use a sweep.

Everything was great aside from the once stubborn elevator but that was fixed within a couple of hours. Staff was friendly and most helpful and the owner and his wife are great people to hang around. The also offer reasonably priced tours and everything was super clean and the chef did magic for breakfast. Really value for money and also good central location.

Husband, wife and 7 year old son from the UK. Booked 1 night as we arrived late into Hurghada (6.30pm). Went out and explored for a few hours, was a really nice area right in the heart of the city. No noise where we slept Perfect for a one night stay or more. Breakfast was free but wasn't great and the shower lets a lot of water out on to the floor - poor design.

We could hear people at the reception from our room which was the first after reception. It did not bother us at night though.

This is a new hostel, tastefully decorated with active and friendly staff and the cleanliness is top notch. The breakfast varies daily and is plentiful. Tea & coffee after breakfast is only 10LE, or if you bring your own the kettle is available. Whilst there is an oven, I didnt see anyone but staff use it. The bed has a top and bottom sheet, with a quilt so thick and warm. 2 communal seating areas with comfortable seating and a small balcony for smoking. I stayed in a dorm, but there are private rooms. The hostel does have a lift, be aware if it isnt working, they are on the 5th floor. In the middle of popular Sheraton Road, ideal for walking around, lots of shops and eateries.

The place is clean, it's new and the stuff is taking good care of it. All stuff members are always there to help with advice, support, arranging some activities and what ever you need. They are always smiling, patient and calm. The common places are very nice, you can take a rest or make some new friends and talks with other guests. There is a kitchen and you can use it. The location is perfect, there are restaurants, bars, shops and everything in a walking distance. The room was perfect and too big for me :), but I am not complaining, the bad was comfortable, there was a towel as well. The owner is keep developing the place, get in touch with the guests and trying to get what they need or how to make the best place. But it is already like that. I recommend the place for solo travelers and not only. It's safety, clean, comfortable place, I was filing there like home. Thank you guy for all good emotions and see you again.

We had a few troubles with english communications, but mostly fine. Great value for price. The entrance looks very simple but this will improve soon!

The breakfast was sometimes laid out for people to get in advance, and given it wasn't busy some of the stuff that was hot eventually got cold. Also, limited spaces for people to socialise in, and even more limited desk-wise if you wanted to work.

This hostel was insanely modern compared to other hostels in Egypt! The staff were incredibly friendly, and there's a large and spacious kitchen to prepare food in. Good location being right on the main road and not far from the beach. Wifi was excellent. Rooms and bathrooms were in great condition.

The hostel is modern, comfortable, clean and tidy. I liked the comfortable beds that looked like little "capsules" with curtains where we could have privacy. The breakfast was very nice, and I especially liked the smoothie. Wi-fi signal was good. The staff was friendly, helpful and always available. I send a special greeting to dear Samar and Mahmoud.
