The hotel has a prime location right on the beach. They have very friendly staff who did their best to provide great service. There are different restaurants with different buffet. There is a clinic with a doctor right in the hotel to assist with medical cases. Additionally, there is an amazing onsite Aqua Park for adults and children, with different slides suitable for various ages, as well as a great entertainment team for kids. Christina in the kids club was loved by my child! We extended our stay for one more week there! Thank you Beach Albatros The Club Team! We will come back.

The lack of vegetarian options but when we provided the feedback they worked with us to make sure we had options for each meal. In the future it would help if they had better and more options and if all the dishes were labeled properly with allergens/ingredients etc. it would also be good if the pools were open later than 5pm. After 5pm there isn’t that much left to do anymore since all the pools closed.

The hospitality of the staff and their willingness to work with guests to ensure the guests are happy. As a vegetarian there wasn’t much for us to eat but the staff went out of their way to prepare a vegetarian menu just for our family of things we would eat. The room we had was very good as well.

Navigating the vibes at Beach Albatros - The Club Hurghada was a bit like riding a rollercoaster – some highs, some lows, and a few unexpected turns. Here's what didn't quite hit the mark for me. First off, the atmosphere felt a bit off at times. I found myself on the receiving end of stares that went beyond curious glances, edging into the realm of uncomfortable. It's tricky, right? Because this could very well be a cultural nuance tied to the crowd the place draws. Not exactly something the hotel can put a leash on, but it's part of the package, and it did put a damper on the chill vibes. The kids club - it was a bit of a letdown for the junior squad. If you have little adventurers, especially those in the 9 to 11-year-old bracket, brace yourself for the feedback. The club, while great for the tiny tots, kinda missed the mark. The staff? Well, that was a mixed bag. Some were as welcoming as a warm hug on a cold day, making me feel like royalty. But then there were others who must've missed the memo on hospitality, serving up attitudes that were more sour than sweet. Consistency is key, and it felt like they lost it somewhere along the way. Big stars to the general manager, though – the guy was attentive and gracious, making the effort to ensure guests felt valued. But, and there's always a but, the charm offensive took a bit of a hit towards the end. When I rated my stay a solid 9, it seemed to ruffle his feathers. Hey, a 9's pretty great in my book, but no, I wasn't going to be sweet-talked into bumping it up. It just wasn't a 10-experience for me. After giving it some thought and comparing it to other spots I checked out in Egypt, I've gotta be honest – Beach Albatros didn't take the top spot on my list. It's not to say it was a bust; it just wasn't the cream of the crop for me. So, there you have it. Beach Albatros - The Club Hurghada had its moments, both good and meh. And who knows?

I loved the size of the room, very spacious for a family of 4. The layout? Smart and inviting, making every inch count without feeling cramped. And the bathroom, oh my, it was a beauty! A huge shower that felt like your own personal waterfall, and those bath amenities? Pure luxury. They didn't skimp on the pampering, and it showed. Now, let's talk munchies. The dining options were decent – nothing to write home about, but they did the job. You won't go hungry, that's for sure, but it's more about refueling for your next adventure rather than a culinary journey. Wandering around the grounds, you're met with scenes that could be straight out of a postcard. Lovely is an understatement. It's the kind of place where you can't help but feel at ease, with every turn offering a new spot to chill out or snap that perfect photo. In a nutshell, Beach Albatros - The Club Hurghada is a mixed bag of fab and fair, but it's the fab that'll have you reminiscing long after you've left.

The beauty salon within the spa was poor , it was extremely basic and I would not recommend. The staff there were not all great and quite rude. I think his name nasser was very stand offish. I would not recommend the spa however the massage was not bad and the girls faith and angel did a great job to turn around our bad experience. If you are a hijabie there is no separate section to do hair so would not go there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mamdouh and Ashraf. Hazem and ebraheem were very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole stay. They made the a la carte menu special for us , Ebraheem and the other staff kept our room very clean and left special designs with towels. All the bar staff were great. Everyone was very welcoming from the beginning. The resort was better than expected and facilities were excellent.

Smokers! This pestilence is everywhere in the outside areas. Some guests have no respect for other people - even if sometimes staff tells them that. The worst is that some of them even come to children's areas to smoke. The hotel should be more strict on these people and kick them out. Although there is a very big improvement with respect to indoor smoking: people are no longer allowed to smoke everywhere inside. Which is VERY good. Before, one had to go through a thick layer of filth to get to the restaurants via the Cappuccino and Dolce Vita Bars. Now smoking is no longer allowed there! Great! Smoking should only be allowed in a few designated places - not everywhere and especially not outside the restaurants. So we as families can also sit and enjoy the fresh air outside and the amazing views. This goes both to the beach and restaurants/ sitting areas.

This was our second time to this hotel, and it was definitely not the last. The last time we were here was back in 2019. It was nice to see that the place is well maintained and new facilities are being added (the new surfing pad especially was the best). One thing I don't understand, though: the service level is 5 stars, but the hotel is rated only 4 stars. There is free minigolf, surfing pad (wow), a lot of safety features on the beach, etc, that you would normally pay for. On the first day, we were politely welcommed by the reception manager, who explained everything to us and made us feel very welcomed even though we showed up 1 day later because of flight delay. Very professional gentleman and knowledgeable. Food is delicious and abundant. Something for everyone. Our room was in The Club: big and spacious. The Club is a nice place if you want to be away from too much noise from entertainment activities. It is 5-10 min walk from restaurants. So if you don't like to walk a lot don't go for The Club go for rooms close to reception building. The room service was very attentive and caring, and the staff paid attention to our needs and our children without expecting anything in return. Thanks, Waeel. Since we were in the hotel with 3 small children, most of our time was spent in the children's pool area with aquapark and Kids Club. Water in the pool was heated and comfortable even during long stays. The staff in the kids' aquapark was always on alert and very kind and helpful. I interacted mostly with Ahmed, Abdulelrehim, Osama, and their manager captain Mohammad. Such a great team. Keep up the good work, guys.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, with a nice sandy beach. Staff was very polite and accommodating to our needs. Especially Mohammed and Mamdouh were always ready to answer questions and helps us with special requests. The spots on the beach are taken early, but even when we came later, the person in charge would help us to find a place. There are several restaurants with reasonable selection of tasty food, we could always find something new. We had a nice meal prepared in the a la carte restaurant. Drinks are local, but OK. Kids had fun in the aqua park on the premises. Most guests were foreigners brought by travel agencies, many families with children, but as the hotel and its outdoor premises and gardens were spacious, it never felt crowded. Plenty of pools, playgrounds and entertainment to choose from.

The only disadvantage of the hotel for us was that they put us on the Russian guestlist and didn't move us from there even after few reminders. We found it quite offensive as Slovak citizens, due to the past and present events in Slavic countries. The hotel staff was talking Russian to us instead of English. This experience decreased our overall satisfaction with the hotel.

The hotel has great facilities, restaurants, many pools, huge beach, entertainment, bars and friendly staff. The cleanliness of our room and all facilities in general was on high level.

Although the hotel is huge, the staff was very capable of maintaining the quality standards and beyond. The restaurants and food variety was impressive. The kids club managed to keep our little one busy and entertained for several hours during the day with nice activities, hence some time off for parents. Sandy beach and professional life guards. Entertainment programs all day and after dinner. Swimming pools and water slides.
