Not that much varities in food in snacks and dinner, and they do not cook on coal in dinner only using grills.

Amazing aqua with a lot of varieties and working all day, several facilities around the hotel, wonderful animation team shows with lovely attitude, and on top of all of that Mr ayman from the reception he provided several solutions during our stay and helped us to pick the right room for us as a family.

Food was below our expectations. I raised the concerns with the management and they promised to work on improving the dining experience and food quality. The place is really awesome and if the food quality improves then it can easily be the best place in Sharm for families.

The facilities and the people were really nice especially Mahmoud Said from room service and Mr. Ayman. The waterpark and the number of pools make it really worth it for kids.

Otel was very good. Aqua and child pool is great. The personel name is MoSalah, That man is a very good manager and helpful person. He takes care of the hotel like his own home. The hotel upper management should be very grateful for that man.

Everything was perfect. Managers at the reception were were nice and we didn't wait any minute and were and got room keys immediately after arriving. Room. We've got a room upgrade for free and instead of a standard room we lived in a family one. The room was cleaned every day, towel were also changed daily. The food was very good, the beach is perfect for families. Will return here again.

Although they have 5 restaurants, it seems like they are making almost the same kind of food in each one. Room overall are clean but sheets and mattresses seems little old need to be changed. With that big of place and many attractions and food options, it will be very nice to take a few mins upon check in to familiarize the guest with all the options available.

Nice and huge place with many water attraction. Enough number of restaurants and snack bars all over the place. Staff are very helpful with all need we asked, specially Mr. Hassan was vey nice and super helpful.

All the staffs are nice & friendly. Thanks to Mohammed Naem to make our room always clean. Thanks to the restaurant staffs, the life guards, the cleaning service to make our Holliday unforgettable in this resort. Hotel and the surrounding is always clean, non stop food & drinks untill 11 pm, the water park, the beach, the greens, everything here make us so enjoy. We love Egypt!

I didn't like the smell of food next to the rooms beside the restaurant. Also there sould be more restrictions for the children and their mess in the restaurants.

Hotel Aqua Blu is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and make us feel -at -home. I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to go back again.
