We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

EgyptThe rooms are clean, renovated . The restaurants are a lot with different cuisine . I am sure you will meet what you want.
I have tried a lot of hotels in Hurghada, this hotel turns to be the best. The aqua park is family friendly for kids starting from 2 years even less till any age. The food is excellent there is a lot of variety. My kids were very entertained all the time. The animation team is very active and friendly. My special thanks go to the receptionist ahmed Mekky and the manager Mr. Mohamed abdel Wahab they are great very professional and they were very helpful. Beside that We found a lovely gesture a fruit basket, drinks and dessert when we came back to the room. I enjoyed my stay to the maximum and I am eager to return back in August.

Lovely hotel and great service. We have been many times. The receptionist at Alf Weila was really helpful, Mohamed Abdul. He is a very good member of the team and went above and beyond for us. The entire staff are really helpful and fo out of their way for anyone. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was just amazing. The resort is very, very, very big and there is soooo much to do. You need at least 5 nights here to ensure you don't miss anything. You can also use the facilities and restaurants of the next door hotel. We unfortunately only went for 2 nights as we had other hotels booked. However, next time, I would go for 6-7 nights. Kids aged 3-12 will absolutely love the facilities. The food was great too. There's so much I could write but I can't find the time to write a really long review and I have been back in the UK for 3 weeks now. So I will just say, it's my 3rd time in Egypt in the space of 18 months and out of the 7 hotels that I have stayed in (including 4 Jaz hotels) this is the one we enjoyed most. We were husband, wife and a nearly 7 year old son. We have a 14 year old daughter who we will bring to this hotel the next time we come.

United KingdomI honestly can't comment on anything that I didn't like. As there was nothing, not to like! If I had to comment on something it would be the pools/water parks closing at 5pm. Just not enough hours in the day to experience all.tge fun
I flew out to surprise my cousin for her wedding anniversary, I originally only booked for a week, but was so blown away by the resort, accommodation, amenities, activities and friendliness of the staff that I changed my flight and added 4 more days. 11 days total was still not enough time to experience all of Neverland and it's glory

This is a very good resort. The staff is excellent Mohammed Abd-al Wahab helped us really good. Hossam lifeguard to our residence was very nice and helpfull always. The food is good and pools are amazing.
