One of the best location for kids. Many entertainments, nice beach and not far from airport. Delicious food and very clean. Second time here and this time is better than previous (not seen so often) Highly recommended. Hope to see next year.

Everything is great, the facilities, all areas are clean and kids friendly, and the staff was very helpfull and polite. The beach was shallow but was very clean and i wasn't annoyed by it. As my kid loved it.

Not many vegetarian options at dinner, would’ve appreciated a nicer a la carte restaurant to choose from. Lots of kids, but didn’t affect our stay. Towel policy could’ve been explained clearer as check out became a bit awkward but was resolved well by staff.

Great location, right on the beach. Very spacious, comfortable and clean room with a big bathroom and balcony view of the resort. Lots of pools, activities (e.g. table tennis, mini golf, volleyball) to choose from. Had a great experience of a snorkelling and dolphins tour booked by the Dive centre (many thanks to Kimo, Islam and Ahmed). Fresh pizza at the food court and cocktails were a standout. Buzzing atmosphere with entertainment in the evening.

-The evening entertainment show was way too loud in my opinion. Especially when kids are there, the speakers shouldn’t be that loud. (I think it disturbs those who are in front of the stage and those who try to sleep in their rooms.) -Once we left on the door “do not disturb”, but surprisingly they entered the room and clean again when not asked (it disturbs my privacy) -Animation team for kids on stage in the evening could try to smile a bit

-I really liked the overall experience. -Staff was super friendly and helpful all the time -Large variety of food (not everything suits my european stomach, but overall good). -Clean rooms, clean hotel. -Beach very near. -Lot of facilities: bars, minigolf, playground, spa, waterpark for kids -For kids: every day facepainting and mini disco is super cool 🥰 -If travelling as a family with smaller kids: this hotel is excellent choice!

I wish the non-alcoholic drink options were better. There was only fresh orange juice available at breakfast, but no other fresh drinks at any other time of the day which was a shame as it would have been great to enjoy some more fresh fruit drinks

This was a perfect holiday with the family. The resort and activities were perfectly tailored for the kids to enjoy themselves and I loved it.

Gym is quiet small and there isn’t a variety of equipment and can get packed quiet easily.

I must say the staff and the service is the best I’ve seen in any hotel I’ve been too. I’d like to thank anwaar the restaurant manager. He was very welcoming and helped my mother get gluten free food and always checked how we were. Osama at reception was very nice and friendly and gave me everything I needed from adapter to iron to other things. My room cleaner Islam is a pleasure, he’s so good always checking if we needed anything and the room was always top and he’s always smiling. Ayman also helped us with checkout and with anything we needed as our trip came to an end. If you’re on the fence about coming to this hotel then I urge you to come because you’ll recieve an excellent service about people that care about being the best! I hope all those mentioned above are given pay rises as they’re an asset to the company! 😁

I feel like there should’ve been snacks available at the bar that was missing. Water slides for adults would’ve made it better too. Also we felt the resultants were quite far from each other.

Service was fantastic, always felt served. Osman at reception made me comfortable to ask anything I need. Food wS good
