The resort has got everything to make a family holiday enjoyable. The booking is all-inclusive, our young kid spent all the day playing in multiple kid friendly pools. The staff is friendly and helpful, Mr. Essam and Mr. Mohamed Kamal have facilitated our last day in the resort so we can stay a bit longer as our flight is late in the day, and expedited our checkout. Also, the resort is a short drive from Hurghada airport!

It was all perfect!! These are just very very mimor comments which are improvement ideas and not something we didn't like. There is minor construction in the heated pool, but it wasn't noisy and they worked only during the when almost everyone was definitely awake and they didn't cause a lot of dust. So, it's as good as it gets with construction, and they looked lile they would be done in a few weeks. We wished there was icecream in the pool bar, the ice cream is only in the beach restaurant and it was so good, we wish we could get it from every where else!

We arrived at 1:45 PM, the check-in process was very smooth and quick. Mr. Essam (he said he's responsible for all booking guests) welcomed us and let us know all the info we need and gave us his personal mobile number if we need anything. The room is well maintained, and the housekeeping are always in the corridor, so if at any time we needed anything, it was very easy and quick to reach them. They seem to take cleanliness very seriously all over the resort, everyday the clean the floors and greenery in the entire resort! The aquapark and pool were fun, and the animation team do shows and activities in the morning and at night. The beach was nice, but there aren't any corals in the area. The beach restaurant was always a good backup to have as it serves fast food from 12 to 5. Overall, the dining experience was good as they have multiple restaurants and bars, so you're almost guaranteed to find something to eat all day long. And finally, they offered us late check-out so we got to stay until 3 PM, which was very nice on our last day, and when we finally checked out, a manager came and sat with us to take feedback of our stay which was definitely 10/10!! (I can't remember his name, but he was very nice and decent, and we gave him some ideas for minor improvement which he took seriously and took notes of). We really enjoyed our stay and would very much like to go back again!

Wifi could be better

Everything was perfect from day one, thanks to Mr.Assem at the reception who made sure that all our requests were fulfilled. All staff are attendant and always happy to help. Room was spacious and clean with a good view on the swimming pool.

The hotel was the perfect place to relax We spent one of the most beautiful trips in our life and the staff left a beautiful and unforgettable memory for us, especially on our wedding anniversary. The room is very comfortable. The activities are entertaining. You can never feel bored at the hotel. The place is very clean The pool are beautiful. The beach is the perfect place for swimming and snorkelling The food was wow we enjoyed the dinner everyday I want to thank the hotel manager, Mr. Ibrahim, he was very nice and helpful. We will return next year to the same place

The only drawback is that there is only one waiter serving the pool during the day, which means it takes 20 minutes for an order to be delivered.It also makes them tense and unhappy. wifi could be better . Pool always cold .

We stayed in Sharm before, the standard is the same. But the Hurghada receptionist provided us with an early check-in and provided a great start to our holiday. They gave us a massage as a gift, but since we did not use it, I cannot comment. Culina, one of the a la carte restaurants, is legendary. The pool is always ice cold and the sea is beautiful and very enjoyable for families with children. Room cleaning super. More staff increases the happiness of their employees. love, see you again

Beach wasn’t the best.

Hotel is great. Multiple large pools, satisfying all moods, whether you want to relax and chill, or sleep, be with families, play games or listen to music or exercise. Very good service, staff amazing. Good entertainment for couples or all the family. Access to neighbouring waterpark. Multiple food options. Highly recommend.

Food requires improvement. Breakfast and dinner should have bigger variety for 5* hotel, and should be more tasty. Entertainment is very basic.

The resort didn't allow any editing to the booking made without extra fees that equal one night stay ( we tried 3 days before arrival time through booking and through phone calls but neither were accepted without fees) The resort's Main restaurant menu was of good quality however it didn't change through out our 5 day stay which was getting repetitive. Menu needed more Variety especially in lunch, dessert and pool snacks. The Aqua park is only 8 games (4 of them only for adults ) and are of okay quality. The Aqua park and tennis court is in the next resort (Beach albatross) and we were allowed access. The gym needed maintenance. The Night shows were short and of okay quality and it needed more variety.

The resort is beautiful and in a great location. The staff starting from Mr. Hassan abdullah ( head of restaurants ) and Mr. ibrahim atta (reception) to the smallest waiter were amazing and very friendly and respectful. Excellent Quiet Pools and it's maintenance. Beautiful Planted flowers and greenery. Room quality and space was excellent ... house keeping on time and professional. Multiple bars available indoors and outdoors with comfortable and enjoyable seating areas. Moroccan restaurant experience was exceptional with a set menu of good food and a great live belly dance show and great music and atmosphere. Sea food restaurant ( Culina ) and Asian indian restaurant ( L'asiatique ) is of acceptable atmosphere and menu quality,
