It was one of the most amazing experiences I have had on vacation. It's more of a palace than a hotel. The pool area, the rooms, the architecture/design, also the quality of the food. The gardens, the breakfast inner court/patio left us speechless.

Shower pressure and temperature could improve. Also - cooked eggs for breakfast need to improve - just minor improvements.

Everything at Al Moudira is magical! Understated chic, to me what a 5 stars should be. The gardens were stunning, attention to detail and decor - a surprise in each corner. Fantastic food, beautiful rooms and amazing staff, always willing to go above and beyond, without being pushy.

I must say I always loved this property yet the management and service has disappointed me abit the last time. For the price they charge I feel it could have been more generous. It seems the warmth and soul of the place is being snuffed out as new management enters this space. I hope they are able to keep the soul of this artistic space alive and not completely turn it into another resort and keep their loyal customers coming back

it was an excellent hotel but we were particularly impressed with their ability to connect us with an excellent guide, Omar. He made our stay very memorable. Not only is he knowledgable but he has a great capacity to connect with the younger ones and explain through stories.

Everything... the story behind the place, the simple details in the rooms and the hotel. It is an additional beauty to the history of Luxor. A great place to stay in and definitely will be our choice everytime we visit LUxor. The interior designs were magnificent, a place that takes you back to ancient history! Staff were attentive and professional, food is excellent, spa and swimming pool are great. Location was in the west bank and away from the city buzz which made it more perfect.

Al Moudira is luxury from the moment you walk in. The rooms are very beautiful and unique, we stayed in a fountain suite and it was well worth the extra money. The pool facilities were very beautiful and the bar/restaurant staff were very attentive. The steam room was really big and well worth checking out. The entire hotel is very beautiful it feels right out of a movie. Great location for Valley of the Kings.

It was a bit far from other activities, but it was quiet. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. Felt one with nature.

The grounds and staff were exceptional. The food was delicious and they accommodated even very late meals. Everyone was helpful and the rooms were large and well appointed. I really enjoyed my stay!

It’s perfect It’s still Egypt so some flies by the pool area and so on, yet they provide you with fly fans!

It is just phenomenal I came back one month later and plan to come back again next month The management and customer service is excellent. The structure is a work of art It’s unique and comfortable and high quality The food is great, breakfast is perfect and what can I say Book it!! Also if you are into organic and eco friendly the products here are excellent

I would add more vans per day that go to the city center (at least 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon)

It was reasonably well located for visiting west bank sites; a longer distance to Luxor. Best for those looking to mix relaxation with site seeing.

Might be a bit far if you don’t have a car

This hotel is located literally in Egyptian countryside, we passed some farms and villages on the way here and we loved the feel of the countryside. Hotel itself was spacious with very friendly customer service and room was huge and very quiet, food was amazing as well. And don’t forget to say hi to Lady Kera the dog
