They asked me to pay more than what is stated in Booking.com "in EGP" as they are using wrong exchange rate 50 EGP for 1 USD while it is actually 47 EGP. I didn’t like the dinner. Desserts and fruits was good but the main dishes wasn't good. Ordered a pizza at the pool and after a long wait I got orintal sausage pie instead and I had to accept it to avoid extra waiting. It was even much expensive than my original order. No WiFi.

Very nice pool Sandy Beach Breakfast Beautiful room Small hotel. Everything is easily accessible no need to walk alot to reach restaurant, pool and beach. Very close to Cairo. Around 1 hour. Provided extra bed even without asking for it. I appreciated it.

The hotel is new everything is clean, and we enjoyed the access to the private beach. The rooms are also very nice and spacious the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good time.

There is no fitness center ( Gym ) Water heater disconnected several times at room

wonderful hotel and had a fantastic experience. The beach was absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view of the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was also a highlight, offering a refreshing break from the beach. Overall, I had a fantastic time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The water heater was always getting off and we had to call them everyday to restart it. The music played on the pool was very loud and low standard folkloric arabic music. If they change this music and lower it down, it will change the entire ambient and vibes to be much better.

The staff in the reception were amazing and made an upgrade to our room. They were very helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect. The food is good. The hotel is neat and new. The beach was good. The decoration is good.

I really liked the place and the staff. They were super supportive and friendly Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed El Faw ( F&B manager) Hassan (The beach man 😊) Mahmoud ( The housekeeper mnager) Mohamed & Mahmoud ( The receptionists) They were really all super nice 🎉🎉🎉 The beach is sandy and amazing, unlike all sokhna beaches. The pool is really clean and the Jacuzzi is just amazing 😊

I found that booking my room through Booking.com was more expensive compared to local reservations. It seems that direct bookings or local reservations might offer better rates or deals. I had a wonderful stay at Al-Masa Hotel in Ain Sokhna! The staff's attentiveness and kindness really added to my experience. Rooms were impeccably clean as well. The hotel's location being just an hour and a half away from Cairo is also convenient, giving me a perfect balance between relaxation and accessibility. I had a truly enjoyable time there.

Above and beyond would be an underestimation of the quality of this stay. Our stay here was exceptional in every way. The hotel is very close to cairo, the closet. The beach was sandy, clean, and amazing. The pool was really great, with the kids pool being slightly heated, and the jacuzzi area was fun to experience. The open buffet for both dinner and breakfast was very tasty, with abundance of choices, and I could easily tell that they use fresh chicken and beef not frozen like other hotels in Ain Sokhna. We were welcomed by Mr. Ahmad Khaled and Mr. Mahmoud Yousry with smiles and cold refreshing towels and welcome drinks. We were upgraded to a suite as a very nice gesture, and we loved our suite. Mr. Ahmed Abdelsattar is the most cheerful belll man I have encountered in any hotel; Thank you for your smile. Mr. Mustafa at the kids' area was also very friendly, and I enjoyed playing billiards with him. Once again, special thanks to Mr. Ahmad Khaled for taking our stay to a different level :)
