Only 1 situation, door lock battery was low my keycard cannot open, I reported the reception twice for changing the battery, delay happened but at the end they did it

The hotel was fully booked and the facilities were not enough for the guests. The pools were very crowded and there were no chaiselomgs by the pool. The restaurant was so crowded and they had to bring tables from the garden in to the restaurant.

The room was huge. The breakfast was of good quality. The staff were very helpful and accommodated all our needs. They also gave us very good recommendations on things to do and places to go.

A large hotel located a little off the beaten track but relatively close to the airport, taxi from the airport 15$. Large rooms with a balcony, comfortable beds. Huge garden with swimming pool. Typical Egyptian breakfast.

- The restaurant had a problem with our order during dinner. - There was a wedding happening in the hotel garden outside our rooms. There was music and noise until very late. Luckily, I had some earplugs.

- Location is great if you need to stay next to the airport. Otherwise, it's far from the rest of the city (that I can consider as something good, as the touristic part of Alexandria city is in shambles) - Great value for the money, as this place is more like a resort - Giant room, with 3 beds (a queen size bed and 2 single beds). The bedsheet was exceptional. - Breakfast was superb.

the hotel management is not fair! the restaurant on the ground floor is not clean enough. the menu in that restaurant is modest. instead of that strange field in the back yard of the hotel there should be a good big swimming pool. if you leave in the early morning one should say it to the receptionist twice about that. otherwise you’ll get no “breakfast box” with you.

no beach which is important for me to have the sea view :) we were on the ground floor so the windows was very transparent we had to close the curtain all time so as not to be seen but anyway if it was on upper floors it would be okay

They upgraded our room for free, which was very nice. The breakfast was pretty good with great pastry selection. The only downside we found was that the facilities were pretty bad and unattended, many spots in the hallway had been left uncleaned for long. But overall, it's good value for the money.

Table in the room could use a revamping. The glass top is movable and could be dangerous for kids.

I’m not a hijab wearer but family members are, why would you ban them from wearing Islamic swim wear in certain pools? terrible. location - very isolated indeed staff - average not super friendly milk in the rooms would be handy dated hotel, lovely inside but the outside isn’t appealing and the parking needs sorting - parking spaces aren’t ample enough
