The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel offers so delecious meals thanks to Cheif Mohamed. The prices are suitable. We had wonderful excursions with good guides and adequate value. Thank you a lot Hadj. We really enjoyed every moment in the hotel with Hadj's family.

Everything is good

The hotel is near the dock and it is easy to pass cross the nile river. If I need towel, soap and toilet paper the reception guy give them sudden. Last day after checking out I could leave my luggage and at evening they sent me them with a taxi to bus station

Cleanliness of stove top

Awesome location, can see Nile river from room and terrace. Great size 2 bedroom apartment. Nice restaurant and food. Staff was very helpful. Hot air balloon tour starts from walking distance from this location. Property had washing machine which is a + and they also provided iron.

Nothing we loved everything!

Initially we were meant to stay somewhere else but our tour guide advised it was very far out of the city & recommended this hotel instead. We couldn’t recommend this place enough - the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough the help. The rooms were comfy, clean and cosy! The vibe was chilled out and laid back and it was like staying with family at home! If you’re going to Luxor, definitely stay here!

Perfect accommodation on the West Bank. Nice view from the roof terrace, which also has a pool table. The owner organized a fun boat trip to Banana Island for us. I recommend it to everyone. You can easily cross to the Eastern Bank by boat. Friendly staff.

Hotel staffs and particularly hotel owner's son Mr. Mokhtar was very helpful, provided us all support to make our visit easy. The hotel is a good value for money, hotel rooms overlook the rever Nile so near. The restaurant area and roof top allows an amaging view al around, Spending time at the roof top is very serene in the evening. All visiting places are easily excessible from this hotel.

Location is fantastic. Just a 5 minute boat ride from the East bank, you can leave hectic Luxor behind for the night to relax and recharge with amazing view of the Nile and the city. Several affordable eateries 5m walk away with same great chill out riverside atmosphere. Our room had a great private balcony in addition to the several communal rooftop terraces. Staff was attentive, specially Abdel who was always very helpful.

Very helpful staff. Abdel was very nice and organized everything for me during the stay which made my 2 days in luxor memorable. Public ferry from west bank to east bank. Was pleasant to be a local few times during the stay. Nice breakfast and rooftop view of the Nile both during the day and in the evening. Free Wifi. Good value for money

Everything was ok, we do not have anything to complain about.

Hotel is located in the West bank which is the "quiet bank". This hotel has a nice view of the Nile river from the terrace. The boat Taxi to cross to the East bank is just within walking distance. They charged us 50EGP one way to cross to the other side. I don't know if that was the right price or not, but be aware. Staff is super friendly and there is even a small convenient store outside the hotel were the lady is honest enough to sell things at the right price like a bottle of water for 8 EGP (big one), instead of 40 EGP at any other store where you, as tourist, will get ripped off, just to give an example.

Everyone was so welcoming, and treated us like royalty from The owner, Abdel the Manger, Mohammad the young cheff, Ali the server and all the other staff not mentioned. We were sad to leave them, and we will definitely return. The breakfast was excellent. We gad a fantastic view of the Nile and Luxor Temple. I highly recommend the hotel.

I hope that in the future the air conditioning will also run on heat for cold nights and that there will be some shelves in the bathroom for different things.

The place to be. Hotel manager Mahmoud and his family make you feel more than welcome. The location is nested in a very nice area on Westbank Luxor. The rooftop terrace of the hotel offers a beautiful view on Luxor. But foremost, the friendly ambience of the family managed hotel and its drive to make your stay outmost nice makes the stay in Luxor exceptional. Thank you very much for everything.

The host Mahmoud is a really nice guy. He managed a driver for us for the whole day in west bank luxor. He also helped us with almost everything.

The hotel is very spacious and clean. We had a room with a large balcony overlooking the Nile. The terrace is located at the top of the hotel, where there is a restaurant. The view from the terrace of the Nile remains in memory for a long time. Of course breakfasts are also included in the price and very tasty. Mr. Mahmoud is a great host. During our stay in Luxor, thanks to him we visited the most important places and monuments. Mr. Mahmoud organizes great trips in good prices. We saved a lot of time by using them, because communication in Luxor is not as effective as in Cairo. Apart from that, the host and staff are very kind and honest and try to make every tourist happy.
