Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is right at the beginning of Old town and just across the main thoroughfare, you can find the Solaris mall. And so very convenient to go around the old town. So I will def recommend this for the location. Rooms are nice too. The Spa suite is really charming and pretty. The Classic rooms are quite small, and in some, the bathrooms are very tiny! Th breakfast was decent. I would def recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tallin, and will stay here again another time.

Location, location, and location! Ideally situated between Old and New Tallinn! Rooms and lobby great! Breakfast very expensive 18 Euro and very average! Everything else was great!

A very cozy and elegant hotel situated conveniently in the old town of Tallinn. Dog friendly and with its own parking. Beds are excellent and the view from the top floor is splendid!

Night time noise from revellers in street. Some bars are open until 4 or 5 am.

The room was a superior room, but still pretty average except for the luxurious bathroom. The pictures on Booking.com were of a larger room, so they can be a little misleading.
The breakfast was excellent and the facilities were very beautiful. The hotel was quiet and the location was fantastic, close to pretty much everything, especially the Opera house and the Old town. I really enjoyed the calm atmosphere of a smaller hotel. The building had old fashioned charm and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful smaller hotel with a great location and abundant breakfast!

We had to wait more than two hours to receive our room. The reception kindly provided us a beverage voucher to use at the hotel bar which was appreciated.

Excellent location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Adding a luggage storage room would be a nice addition but we were able to leave luggage at reception anyway.

The ventilation in the room was inadequate. If the weather had been warmer, the room temperature would have gotten too high and humid.
Lovely hotel right next to the old town. Our room was clean and comfortable. Recommend!

If you order a taxi from the reception to the airport it will be very expensive, because they have fixed price. I wish the receptionist would have told me that. I did not understand checkin and checkout online.
The room had a good size, with good isolation from outside noise. Bed was very good. Breakfast was good, a small buffet, with what we needed. Hotel has a nice location in the old city.

It was minor, but the room was hot and we couldn't seem to lower the temp using the thermostat. We were thankful the windows open.

There was supposed to be sparkling wine offered on arrival but there wasn’t (& it was Saturday night), there were just empty glasses sitting there. Breakfast was a little hit & miss. It wasn’t until our last morning that a lovely gentleman explained the process and what was included. That should have happened on the first morning. Breakfast spread was average but you could order a hot dish. We didn’t find the front desk overly friendly.
Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Easy walk everywhere. We had a suite which was a great size with a lovely big spa bath. Great view from the window of the beautifully lit square. Particularly liked watching the truck & grader moving the snow at dusk.
