The rooms are quite outdated and not really up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. They are aware of this and they are supposed to renovate the rooms this year, according to their welcome letter. In our room the beds were not very comfortable, the wifi connection was very poor and unstable and at night we could hear the humming noise from the main building. We expected a bit more for the price of the room.

The best things about this hotel are probably its location and the sauna and water facilites. It is very close to the beach and surrounded by a great wooded area, excellent for walking. They have different types of pools and saunas, open for most of the day and all was very clean. They have on-site restaurants with accessible prices. Breakfast was also very nice, good quality products and a decent selection. The hotel itself is nice and the gym is well-equiped. Booking a massage was also very simple and the spa area was very nice too.

You can hear almost everything from your next room. Wicca restaurant is only open at weekends (and definitely make reservations for both lunch and dinner). It would be nice if hotel would at least put a flower in your room when you have your birthday :).

Still the best thing about the hotel is location. Seaside, beach - it is great. Kids love the spa and I think saunas are good. I like the outside restaurant. Standard room was little bit bigger than seaside room and more quiet.

During the summer season, there are many cars for beach visitors in the parking lot and hotel guests may have difficulty finding a place.

Laulasmaa spa hotel is pleasantly close, ie about a 30-minute drive from Tallinn, and has a very good beach and is completely separated from other noise. The car park is large and free. The location of the accommodation is very good as the sandy beach is next to the hotel (max. 100 m). Rooms and bathrooms clean and tidy. There were two chairs and a table on the balcony to enjoy evenings and morning coffee. The hotel family is very lovely and helpful. The restaurant's dishes are surprisingly cheap, but at the same time the selection is varied, delicious, of sufficient size. Value for money very good. There are other great places to eat near the hotel, such as Ott & Matilda and the Wicca Restaurant. There is also a large grocery store. There is a surf club on the beach and a surf school nearby.

I wasn’t so happy about when we arrived and at the reception was a man administrator, who couldn’t reply to my Hello.. he wasn’t very welcoming and kind of seemed out of emotions. He spoke really so so quietly,that I didn’t understand a word. I was there also last year and I have seen him there too, so he was not someone new. Should be little bit more advanced for that period of working time. That’s sad, cause I was expecting to arrive and meet some smiling administrators. But anyhow that’s pretty much only negative person I met there. Sorry for that.

I really loved the lobby area, so cozy and nice to spend time there, have some drinks and food with friends and family. The big windows of the lobby will give clients a beautiful view of the calming nature. Next the Spa is perfect , so many saunas, that everyone can find something for just for them to enjoy! The same goes with pools! Loved also breakfast )!! Bar stuff were friendly too. PS! Loved the shampoo, conditioner and bath wash in the room. So so good !!!

We love to stay at LaSpa from time to time. It is a superb place to stay with kids. You can find everything and more including water center, saunas, restaurants, shops etc. It is surrounded by beautiful nature.

The rooms are already needs renovation, shower is very small and needs to be renovated. The floor in the room was dirty, the cleaners has to be more professional and careful.

We were promised to have sea view - instead we had a view to few pine trees and three very big trash containers. Not what we expected. Bathroom sink did not drain properly. And there was only cold water coming from the tap. I’d assume better with this price.

Location is great. Long beach, activities, beautiful views… Breakfast had everything one can need. Lots of fruits and berries, smoothie, different juices. Spa is ok, japanese bath was best. If you go without kids, i highly recommend restaurant Wicca.

I arrived around 22:00 and everything was closed, no way to take even a simple dinner. Even the bar was closed already. Not sure there is a chance to eat around as well. The room looks much bigger in the picture, it was quite small. When you pay >130€/night you expect to see at least a bottle of water in the room, often there is also a kettle or coffee machine, but not here. The room looked renovated, but part of the furniture was around 40 years old, which is strange to see. Same for halls and elevators, that require renovation. Probably SPA gives an interesting value for money (if included), but if you don’t use it, the value is really limited and doesn’t cost the price.

Very beautiful location in front of the sea among the pine trees. There is a very convenient parking in front of the hotel. The SPA must be fantastic, but it was already closed when I arrived, so couldn’t enjoy it unfortunately. Breakfast was very good.

Hotel management should take care that in the bar and restaurants there should be professionals working. Now it was taken care of young people who did'nt know their jobs. Everything was very slow and many mistakes were made. This naturally was not these young kid's fault, but the management's. Laulasmaa area is so beautiful, that I must come back there, ut will search for another accommodation next time.

Breakfast was very nice, and there was enough personnel to make it very pleasurable. Also the room was clean.
