No air con so a bit hot on a hot day

This is like a hotel but can be a cozy Airbnb you have your fridge stove sink and kettle in kitchen. Water pressure is good.

Very clean, and the personnel was very kind and helpful. Also, it is very well located, near the old town, with stores and restaurants nearby. 20 min walk away from the port.

They don’t have 24/7 reception. On Saturday night at 3AM I was woken up by drunk people outside yelling in the parking lot, so an available reception could have controlled this situation not waking up the guests in the middle of the night.

The room had a small kitchenette with a small stove, fridge, kettle, kitchen wares, etc. the size of the room is also quite comfortable. The place is very clean and looked new as well. The hotel is located in the center of Tallin, so mainly all attractions are in walking distance. The port is reachable within 10 minutes.

Hotels location near harbour is good, but the surroundings are quite spike. Theres only a parking lot and other buildings. I didnt even dream of opening the curtains of our room because there was another buildings with windows facing ours just a few meters away. No breakfast available, but little kitchen In the room with microwave and fridge saved the situation.

Receptionist was extremely friendly, good customer service. Room was spacious, little kitchen was really good add to the room. Location near harbour Is supergood. Possibility to buy little snacks and lemodade from the vending machine also there was coffee machine at least in our floor (probably every floor). Definitely coming back again, it was so much better than we expected. .

Bathroom did not have good ventilation, or maybe any, so it stayed humid for a very long time. You also cannot control room temperature, but it was quite comfortable and you could open windows if the heating was too strong.

New and clean, and having a small kitchen (fridge, sink, hob, microwave, and the utensils) was super helpful. There is a small dining table too and a TV with channels from all around the world. There is a reception desk too. Check-in and check-out were very quick.

The room was super hot and no fan or air conditioning - I imagine it gets really difficult to manage in the summer. Booking.com says reception is open until 11pm but that's incorrect. We got there to discover it closed at 9pm. It was easy to get hold of staff to check in though and they were great.

The entrance was a little tricky to find as the hotel is behind another hotel so my taxi driver got confused.

Really enjoyed my stay. Good room coming with everything you need. very clean and easy to navigate instructions. I arrived past the late check in time and the reception was lovely in providing me with an alternative solution to be able to pick up my keys and check in. Good location close to the old town and shopping malls.

I had a wonderful stay. The location is good, the hotel is tucked away away from the main road facing the courtyard so there is no traffic noise. It is a 10 minute walk to Viru shopping mall and to Viru gate and the old town. The room is modern, clean, has a kitchenette and a microwave. The self check in process was easy as I arrived after the reception desk closed at 9pm. The staff is friendly and was very kind to let me change my booking dates. I recommend this hotel.
