Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was fantastic in the Old Town. Close to all the sights and a supermarket nearby. Staff were always polite and helpful. The breakfast was also a good selection of hot and cold food with something for everyone.

Loved the location of the hotel. Its right in the middle of old town and the room was clean. I would recommend this hotel for sure!

An excellent location in the Old Town of Tallinn near the famous Viru Gate. We were able to park our hire car outside the Hotel in a safe car park. The room was large and beds comfortable with good ensuite and excellent wifi. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

FinlandI stated a preference for a bed type during booking. Rixwell was not able to fulfil my request, and the staff was not even aware of it (they should study the info on their booking.com website). Also there was supposed to be a sofabed, but it was just a 2-sits-sofa. Breakfast wasn´t good.
