Despite an overall enjoyable stay at this hotel, I did encounter a couple of minor inconveniences in the room. Specifically, one of the bathroom bulbs flickered intermittently, and the lighting around the mirror was non-functional. While these issues didn't significantly impact my experience, addressing them would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest satisfaction. I trust that the attentive hotel staff will promptly attend to these matters. Nevertheless, these minor inconveniences did not detract from the overall positive impression of my stay. The pool area was a bit small compared to some competitors in other parts of the country.

The entire facility was exceptionally beautiful. We particularly liked the sauna area of the spa. The room was gorgeous and had a view to a quiet courtyard.

I could not use my own hairdryer (koolutaja) in bathroom - there was not such a 220V power.

The only fault was that one of our room cards didn’t work properly in the elevator.

The entire stay was amazing! Staff was very friendly, everything was clean. Spa itself was sooo relaxing, loved the saunas, especially the juniper sauna. Location of the hotel was really good, all the sights and dining spots were really close. Breakfast pancakes were the best ones I’ve had so far in my life.

Too crowded on the weekend in the water center. It was pretty rough with 2 yeas old kid in the water center because of the stairs, a lot of stairs everywhere there. Not very cozy.

I liked the room and the breakfast. Very comfortable queen-sized bed, large bathroom. A lot of different food for breakfast.

This is one of the best SPA hotels in Estonia! Comfortable room, excellent spa facilities, and very good breakfast. In combination with the nice city of Rakvere with its fortress and many places for walking and enjoying nature, this is a lovely place for a weekend.

We were traveling with a 1.6 year old toddler and I must say that the whole premise is very well thought through and child friendly. There is a playroom just next to the breakfast area, very convenient connection from the rooms to the SPA area and generally the hotel is located in a good spot so you can easily have a daytime stroll in the city and then be back at the hotel without any hassles. So you can just check-in, change into bathrobe and forget about the outside world for a few days. The swim area also has plenty of swimgear available for children of all ages for free, so you don't have to worry about taking your own swimming ring or such. For parents to relax, there is a very nice sauna area with something for all tastes. More grown up kids can spend their time in the big-fun-pool, outdoor pool or the slide.

Our breakfast was booked at 10:30. Some of the breakfast supplies had already run out. And the rest were cleared away just at 11:00, not any later. We did not have time for a cup of tea or coffee. It was not a peacful and nice breakfast.

Tasty and versatile breakfast. Our room was very tidy and clean. Sauna centre was a very pleasant experience ever for us finns.

Lot of of noise from hallway and street

Great clean hotel. Our son loved the fish tank at the reception and water feature, kept him entertained. Appreciated the colouring book given at check In. Good breakfast and nice play room (could have few more toys in there). Great spa. Excellent cocktails.

There was no possibility to regulate AC from the room and the room was pretty chilly. We have asked the reception though and it has been disabled for our room, but in the morning it started again (possibly automatically)

This is our 2nd stay and everything was really nice! Good amenities and facilities, very friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast with good selection. Location is also very good, right in the centre, worth taking a walk around after relaxing spa experience. Would recommend and hope to be back soon!

Really friendly staff. Water park was nice, good pools for children, finally a waterpark where water is warm in all pools. Free parking and great location. Tasty food at restaurant, nice breakfast selection.
