We needed the earplugs cause there's a bar downstairs and if there are neighbors upstairs you can hear them as if in the room. Also, it was a bit annoying that we couldn't hang our clothes anywhere, there could easily be a hanger in the room.

It's very central, comfortable and had warm showers. We even got earplugs. Amd they had tea, coffee and you could wash your clothes for a cost. Plus the staff was really nice!

There was no kitchen but in the q&a section it said there was.

The location is amazing. I booked the wrong night and i did not have to pay for the night I missed. There is coffee and tea! Laundry is free!

The place is simple but it's great for its price. It provides water and coffee for free and the staff is very friendly. We stayed only one night but the experience was positive. Besides,the location is good.

The hostel is very very small. Just a tiny entrance and a few rooms. In the dorm, half of the people sleeping there were volunteering at the hostel, so it was almost impossible to meet new people.

Everything was fine, the bed was comfy, the shower was not great but worked well. You have 1 kg/day of free laundry, which is great. Very good location.

No hot water if you didn’t shower in the morning and the shower itself wasn’t the best. No window to the outside just to the hallway. Laundry is only free for 1 kg per day after that you have to pay $1 per kg.

Really good location - we could walk everywhere including the bus station (25 mins). Staff were nice and helped with our laundry.

Limited common room, no shared kitchen so this probably isn't the best hostel to meet other travelers. That being said, if your plan is to just rest a few days, see the city, and eat cheap tasty meals outside this is perfect.

Friendly staff, good wifi, 24/7 coffee and tea was nice, free laundry was great. Good location and they give you exterior door key so you can come and go as you like. Incredible value for the price.

The top bunk needs a shelf and socket to be able to put your phone on charge close to you and have things like a bottle of water accessible during the night and valuables, ect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with storing my bags, location is excellent, close to the centre and very close to lots of good places to eat. Laundry is free as well which is incredibly helpful! Tea, coffee and water is also available in the communal area

The rooms are dark and dreary. No natural light, no fresh air. The mattress was borderline ok but the pillows were the worst.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is excellent. My room did not face the street so it was quiet. There is hot water but it takes a while. I thought it was amazing that they will do a load of laundry for you, free, although most of my socks disappeared but I still appreciated it I also appreciated the filtered water.

the floor boards were very loud and I could hear the laundry machine outside my door very loudly all day. for me the shower was cold. the bed was also very low on the ground, so it hurt my neck to try and look up at the television. there was also no social vibe or area to meet people. These were minor things that do not take away from the great value of the hostel.

it’s a very good price and in an excellent location. Netflix on the TV was great as well. had laundry available for free.

Small cute room close to all historical places in Cuenca, to cafes and restaurants, museums. You can make waskhig your clothes in washing machinie for free. Hot shower. Drinking Walter cold and hit with teas and coffee. Good prize

Furnishings are old so nothing ever felt super clean. Have to walk to the sister hostel to use kitchen facilities. No obvious or inviting area to socialise. Old building so not sound proof at all! No external windows so mould in bathrooms.

Staff are super helpful, warm and welcoming. Great value for the private room. Free washing of your clothes, although I think they could consider how to make this more environmentally friendly. E.g. encouraging friends to wash things together. Showers are warm although take a while to heat up.
