We stayed only one night. The property was clean. The check-in was very easy and also the access to the property. It is about 8-9 minutes walking to the port and the center of the city.

Only had a sheet on the bed, would have been nice to have a blanket - very hot without air con but a bit cold with it on!

As it was a little way from the port, it was nice and quiet in the evening. Very comfortable beds and friendly staff. Clean kitchen and was great that we could refill our water bottles.

WiFi was ok but sometimes it would cut. They have Starlink which shouldn't do that (I didn't had these issues using Starlink on ships). The location is a bit of a walk from the downtown, especially in the high-season sun.

I wanted a hotel with a nice outdoor place (although I didn't spend as much time as I thought due to heat) and this looked the best at this price point. The place is clean, free water and instant coffee in the kitchen (otherwise the kitchen didn't look like you can do much in it).

Room is nice and comfortable, has water containers to refill from, good AC and good shower, and the Starlink wifi was the best of anywhere we had stayed in the Galapagos

Location: In the town for local shops, market and bus stop. Less than 5min walk to the beachfront restaurants and bars. Size of the room was generous and v comfortable. Hammocks and comfortable areas for relaxing as well as everything practical we could have needed: a well stocked kitchen, lockable cupboard in the room, lots of airing space for drying clothes. Good wifi - there is little to no signal on Galapagos and they had a starlink that provided the best wifi we found on the islands. Code-locked front gate meant you could come and go at leisure. Staff were very helpful: helped us to understand the bus to Santa Rosa (every 15mins 8am-10pm) for the El Chato Reserve to save money on taxis and even watched our bags for us the day we checked out so we could enjoy one more beach day before we left. There were bikes available to rent from the owners but we didn't use them. Also recommend ALMAR waterfront restaurant.

Very happy all around. I thought payment went through via booking but it did not. Need to pay in cash. Staff was kind of enough to let us check in then go get cash to pay.

Lovely room. King size bed, air con and a great shower with hot and cold water. Filtered water available with hot and cold options. Very kind staff, answered all my questions in person or via messenger. Let us store our bags our last day. About a 10 minute walk to the main pier. Very easy to navigate

Here we had the best Wi-Fi connection over all our stays in Galápagos. The room cleaning is done every day.

None for me. But one guest told me her $500 was stolen from her room. (Edit: I am adding this line, since the owner threatened to sue me for "accusing". I don't know all the facts, and it's not possible for me to know who's at fault. I am merely repeating what I've heard from this guest. The intent isn't to "damage" anyone as I have nothing to gain here, but just to remind other travelers to be vigilant. This is not the first time I've heard someone's belongings were stolen even at a reputable place.)

Starlink is a life saver. The kitchen is also very well equipped and is kept clean. Plenty of storage (even with lockers!) for the food. It's also conveniently located next to a fresh market. Room is huge and comes a closet with its own locker as well.

this is a great budget-friendly stay. WH is a bit further away from the main strip, but it is 2 blocks to the main market which offers great street food options every night. WH has a total of 7 rooms and has a full kitchen available for people to use.

It was a bit of a walk from the sea but there are many things around. The shower wasn’t in the best shape.

Very comfortable, loved the kitchen and the fact that there was water to refill our bottles, you also have a privy locker to store your food (non perishable). Good location. Very simple and straight forward

Kitchen wasn’t cleaned throughout the stay, encouraging ants onto surfaces. Old rotten food stayed in the fridge throughout our stay and draining board was never cleared, which should fall on the hostel staff. A quick wipe of surfaces and clearing of the fridge would make a huge difference to an otherwise very nice stay.

There were ants in the room continuously. The provided drinking water tastet not great and the dispenser seemed a bit dirty. Warm water in the shower lastet for max 2min. No cozy lights

Nice common area for eating, hammocks for chilling out available. Bike rental possible. Room was clean.
