We really loved this place. Pleasant, cozy, very clean and above all- Carlos from the place staff is a wonderful person who really cares about his guests free drinking water, towels as needed and how shower at the end of the day.

My favourite place during my trip in Galapagos! The owner is super kind and helped us with everything, also offering us a breakfast. The location is great close to the harbour and I loved the room, very clean and comfy with nice paintings and fresh colours. The shared kitchen was useful for having our breakfast on the balcony with a pleasant sea view.

The staff was friendly and always accessible and helpful. The complementary coffee in the lobby is a wonderful service. It is close to the pier where the ferries to other islands depart. It is a walking distance to the restaurant area. It is possible to walk to Darwin Research Institute.

Close to centre but very quiet. Very spacious and clean. Carlos and staff helped me arrange to get to the airport (it is logistically challenging with taxi, bus, ferry, bus…). The retardant recommendations were yummy. Also the deli to the right is really convenient; the restaurant to the left had a nice breakfast. Air conditioning was a treat.

Nothing could have been better.

We booked this hotel based on it's proximity to the ferries. Easy walk with luggage. I mistakenly made a double booking and notified hotel the night before arrival. When we arrived there were no twin bedded rooms available (due to my booking error). We were offered to matrimonial rooms for the twin price. A very generous offering. The rooms were good sized with balconies overlooking the town or harbor. Although there is no breakfast offered, coffee is available and a community kitchen to make your own. Also, many coffee houses and restaurants nearby.

Everything was perfect

The location couldn’t be beat, and Carlos and the rest of the staff were so nice and helpful. We had a beautiful view of the docks, free filtered water, a hot shower, WiFi, coffee, and AC! We couldn’t have asked for anything else. It was perfect.

Clean, big room… very attentive staff who was willing to go the extra mile to prepare a breakfast box for our early departure .. we only requested for hard boiled eggs.. and imagine our surprise when the eggs was peeled and packed warm in an aluminium foil, with salt ready for our consumption.. we really appreciate the gesture…

not much really, might be a little bit dated but that was the charm of such a location in the Galapagos.

Breakfast was at the next-door cafe; fresh juices were provided and I had a choice of American or local-style breakfast. The location is excellent. There was a lift for your baggage which made a big difference to us. The common room had a lounge area and eating area as well as a good catering kitchen in which you can self-cook. The view from the balcony to this common room was beautiful. Overlooking the harbour with views of all the cruise ships and sailing boats. The room was spacious and comfortable. Within a few minutes walk to the main street full of restaurants bars etc. very central

The property was in a very central location on a quiet street. The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.
