Some technical finetuning of the new rooms is needed, in my case the warm-cold regulation of the shower was not really responsive and the water pressure could have been a bit higher.

I spent one night in the hotel before my departure from Baltra airport. The rooms are quite new, everything was clean and tidy. The staff was super helpful, especially with regards to organizing a transfer to the airport, which worked perfectly fine.

There is nothing specific that I could speak to, The wifi was a little sketchy, but it is the Galápagos Islands.

Our host, Marcos was fantastic. He works very long hours and is always at the ready to offer some assistance or take care of a need. Marcos had a number of suggestions for excursions which he took the trouble to arrange for us. Overall, our stay was excellent and we greatly appreciated the tremendous hospitality.

Nothing much here. We knew where we are going, and that there wouldn't be 5 star facilities like pool or super luxury environment, but we were happy to pay the price for a clean and comfy stay, with a very helpful host, so we had no illusions.

The host is amazing. Patty helped us through all the questions we had, and offered assistance at every step. The rooms are huge, big and comfy beds, and very good breakfast, prepared by the host. We loved our stay and think this is great value for money, for Galapagos.

The only thing that was an issue was proximity to a night club that runs on a Friday Saturday and Sunday. Obviously this was no fault of the hotel, which was great and well worth choosing. If there at weekend though would suggest earplugs.

This is an incredibly beautiful property and Patty is an amazing host. Drinking water was available and I was able to have my laundry done right there as well. Location was great! Patty answered so many questions and helped coordinate hints when I needed them. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Shower had very intermittent hot water...maybe 2 sec hot to 2 to 3 min cold We let manager know after first morning and she said she would check it out but same issue 2nd morning

Though I got info that the hostel is in residential part of the city, we needed to take a taxi to the center and beach as the distance 1,5-2km in a very hot and humid day is not easy to cover. Only one window in the sitting room, none in the sleeping room, so the apartment is rather dark. Area densely built around.
