Lacked caffeine free coffee, but they told me that it will have in the future

It is an exceptional hotel that covers all my needs, both in terms of location, cleanliness, attention to delicious quality food, and we even asked to meet the cooks to give them our thanks and recognition. This time my mom and my aunt traveled and we felt like At home. The breakfast was delicious, everything except that it lacked caffeine-free coffee but they have told me that they will have it on their menu in the future. Thank you very much for such excellent service

Breakfast was ok but could be better! Eggs which are freshly cooked rather than kept warm. We were woken up every morning at 7.00am by the school next door and their pa system which either played loud music or endless announcements!

Lovely room, slightly loud at night but expected as right in the heart of Baños. Breakfast in the morning was really good too. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Brilliant hotel! Absolutely recommend staying here to explore Banos. Great room, beautiful courtyard with hammocks and seating. Fantastic breakfast! Restaurant on site which wad lovely. Great location in the centre of Banos but also very peaceful!

There could have been a wardrobe, a safe and perhaps an elevator. But overall the hotel met our expectations and was a nice place to stay (though not cheap).

The room was ample, the beds and the bath comfortable. We had a very nice balcony with a view of the mountain. The staff was very friendly and on top of things. They made good recommendations for us to go to a spa or the local hot springs. Free parking and a good breakfast. They also had water to refill bottles.

Just perfect! This lovely oasis sits just on the outside of town so you’re close enough to wander around Baños but far enough out to find some tranquility. Beautifully decorated throughout, a decent breakfast and a wonderful central courtyard with a few communal areas to relax in. Bathrooms have good ventilation also, so clothes and towels can dry properly.

Front desk staff did not speak English well and did not translate the time for breakfast and we had to wait for staff to arrive to turn in the keys the following morning.

The breakfast was great and the room clean. There was noise in the early evening but we did not seem bothered at bedtime.

Towels were rather thin and small. Noise from adjacent rooms was sometimes intrusive, especially when other guests arrived late or departed early.

What a cute and special place!!! The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the heart of Banos...but it is flat and scenic. The rooms are plenty big and the bathrooms were modern and spacious. The way the hotel is laid out and decorated is just magical. Flowers everywhere!!1 The restaurant for dinner was just awesome!!! Great value and fantastic food. Breakfast was every bit as good as dinner. This hotel really is a great value and I would not hesitate to stay there again,

Restaurant - we went for dinner (party of 4) and although we were seated at 7pm and immediately ordered our drinks (happy hour) drinks came at 8pm… we ordered our food at 7:15 and waiter advised us that they had 2 other tables before us and we had to wait a little, we told them it was OK because we could do happy hour in the meanwhile…but when the 2 tables left and still no food, we checked with them and they completely forgot our order. It was close to 9pm and kitchen was about to close. If we had stayed, it would have been at least another 30 minutes…so we left. They did comp’d the 2 drinks that we got for happy hour (2x1 promo) but waiter said she will ‘only charge us for the water’…2 bottles of water. That was awkward… water should have been comp’d too. We ended up walking to a cute sandwich place called Blah Blah and they were super fast and their food was delicious!

The water temperature in the shower would vary at times. Also having a fan in the room would be nice for air flow since there is no air conditioning (it wasn't very hot).

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They brought in an extra bed for us to make our stay more comfortable. We were very impressed with how they tried to ensure our comfort throughout our entire stay. The breakfast was great for the whole family. The location was nice and had easy access to downtown Banos.
