Some details could improve: In one of the rooms the refrigerator never worked, the bathroom sink in one of the rooms had a leak.

The price is very good compared to other options in the area. The location is the best because it is very close to the pier from which all the tour boats leave, it is also close to the street with food kiosks at good prices, pharmacies, and mini supermarkets. The rooms are simple, they have just the basics: hot water, air conditioning, a small refrigerator, the bed is comfortable. They clean the rooms daily. The Nymph Lagoon is less than a block away, we saw colorful fish and turtles.

Great location, nice rooms with a lovely shared terrace. Free filtered water. We stayed there for one night before flying home which was perfect, the bus stop to the airport and the ferry port are one 1 minute walk away from the hotel.

Bathroom was a bit old.

The owner kindly let us check in earlier as we arrived from Isabela at 9. He also arranged taxi transport to the airport. Convenient location - 5 minutes to the port, shops, restaurants and the trail to the bay. A/C and fridge.

The place was a little run down and requires a bit of maintenance. Very small wardrobe not functional for a family of 4 . The taps in the bathroom were very annoying you have to keep pressing to wash your hands. The place can do with a little modernisation.

The staff were really nice, very helpful and accommodating when we needed to leave early. The location was excellent close to everything. Wifi connection was brilliant. There is a fridge, TV and AC which was plus.

There was a small inconvenience with the water pipes. Sometimes when we used the sink in the bathroom, it caused the pipes to make a banging noise in the sink in the bedroom. This happened when other rooms used their water as well. It just meant we had to turn on the water in the sink in the bedroom, until the air, or whatever passed. Towards the end of the stay it was better, and when I mentioned it to the owner, he said he would look into it right away. Even with this issue, I would stay there again.

The location of this hotel is excellent! It is only a 2 minute walk from the main port area, and another 5 minute walk from the entrance of Tortuga Bay beach. The room was exactly as described, fitting 4 single beds comfortably. The room had a small balcony too. They changed our towels each day, although we said not to on a couple of the days. Mr. Rafael was very pleasant and accommodating. We did ask for taxi service from the ferry to the hotel. It cost us $25, the same as a taxi truck, and it was very convenient. We had no problem with the wi-fi at all. All 4 of us were able to use it in the bedroom without any delays or problems.

The Wi-Fi could be better. This however was not a negative for me, I was here to be outside! That was really the only negative and it wasn’t a huge one for me!

Loved having a private bathroom and AC! They had water stations available for refilling your water bottles! Staff was super kind and friendly

I woke up 3 nights in a row with black beetles in my bed! Seems to be a bit of a problem everywhere. Also heaps of ants in the room!

Check-in was very smooth and we were allowed into the room immediately on arrival even though we arrived early. Free drinking water is available on the balcony and the showers always had hot water. The bed was large and comfortable. The accommodation is in a great location and only a five minute walk to restaurants and the harbour.
