The only bad thing was the smell from the sewage in the bathroom.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The place was super good for the price.

About 20 minutes on foot from the center, but by taxi for 1,5$ you can go everywhere in town.

The lady owning the place is just probably the most genuinely kind person we've met in the Galápagos. Always really helpful she help us book the ferry to Isabela and had the ticket brought to us, we asked her to try one coconut from her garden and she opened one for us. We could leave our backpacks there after check out and once back she let us quickly shower and change our clothes. The rooms are modest, but perfect for the price, have everything you need (included a fan). You can rent snorkel gear for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

The hostel is quite far from town - a 20+ minute walk.

Clean, comfortable, a nice kitchen and outdoor area, drinking water and fresh bananas provided and a very nice host.

No air conditioning was a little difficult but the fans in the room are very good and powerful!

We enjoyed our stay! The walk to town is very manageable and we appreciated daily room service. The kitchen seemed well-equipped and the owner was kind and responsive.

The location was slightly far from the bus (20 minute walk). No AC which can make it slightly uncomfortable when it's hot - the owners gave us a second fan to help :)

Wifi is very fast in the kitchen area and where most of the rooms are, but at the one room we had (left side of the reception) it was unusably slow and so weak that our devices dropped out from time to time.

Clean place, very friendly staff, good vibes. The place is located at a quiet corner of the town and the city center is reachable by foot within 10 minutes. I would recommend this place to friends and come here again.

Lovely courtyard garden to sit in with a well equipped shared kitchen. Free chilled water always available. Christina was really friendly and always there to help with anything. Good cheap local restaurants nearby. Quiet and peaceful area away from the main tourist centre.

We couldn't get a hold of anyone at the reception to open the door but a kind local pushed the door open for us. We walked in and we finally found the reception person

The room was huge and it had a bathroom inside. The shower had hot and cold settings, I was not expecting that, it was a nice plus. The bathroom was small but functional. The WiFi was fast! It was Starlink so we could watch YouTube and upload IG stories

Our room was situated in a corner of the property where there was bad airflow and circulation making the room very very humid.

Personnel was very nice and helpful. Free water, bananas and good price bike rental. Corner restaurant Los Moros was very good!

We did not have warm water (we were only there for one night so cant say if it is always like that) and the bed was quite hard in our opinion.

The Wi-Fi on our second stay was much better than the first few nights where it didn’t really work.

Very cute and well priced! The owners only speak Spanish but they are very friendly and helpful. Location is a little out of the town but there are much cheaper restaurants around and you can rent a bike for $10 a day to speed you up. Snorkels are $1 a day! Showers are very hot and the rooms are pretty comfortable. We enjoyed it so much we stayed here again after our trip to another island.

The kitchen (fridge) was dirty so we didn't cook, water gets turned off over night which is not good when you get food poisoning in the night. 10 minute walk into town.

Great hostel for a few nights on Santa Cruz. The staff is very friendly and it’s located about 10 min walk from the water front which is an easy walk. There’s a kitchen with a fridge and gas stove so easy to cook something in case you’ll not in favor to go to a restaurant twice a day.. The rooms in the backyard are fine/great (had 5 nights there), however the rooms in front next to the street are less good (one has mold on the wall, the other does not have a window and no air comes in during the night). However, we were relocated to a big room in the backyard due to the issues described. Overall great value for the money and recommend.
