This was a reasonably priced and well located hotel in the centre of Guayaquil that provided clean and comfortable accommodation. My room was spacious with efficient air conditioning, a comfortable bed and excellent wifi service. The shower had excellent water pressure along with plenty of hot water. The owners/managers of the hotel were courteous and very helpful and spoke some English. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Guayaquil.

We didn't get a key for the front door so had to wait to get in/out of the hotel a couple of times. Makes sense as a safety feature though.

Room was nice and modern. The lady working there was incredibly friendly and helpful, she made sure we got in our taxi safely which was really lovely. Very comfortable room with nice bathroom. Good location, not too far from the malecon. AC was great.

I'm not a big fan of the high humidity, I'd like to petition the city of Guayaquil to fix the humidity issue😉

Management and staff were refreshingly courtious and helpful. The area, despite being in a popular tourist zone, was quiet. The proximity to the malecón and dozens of restaurants is a big plus. We'd deffinitely recommend this Hotel.

The owner was very welcoming and accommodating and runs a nice small business. The location was a couple blocks from the Malecon and allowed us to walk to most of the places we wanted to go. The owner also gave us local recommendations. The room was simple and comfortable and met our needs. The wifi was very good. Overall this was great value for the money.

The shower takes a while to warm up and there was one morning when there was no warm water.

I stayed in room 13 and it was quiet at night, even on Friday night. I didn't have any problems sleeping. I was always outside during the day, so I didn't mind the lack of windows. The A/C worked well. The location is fantastic, very convenient to everything. Service is excellent. Best of all, they provide free drinking water so you don't have to buy it in single-use plastic containers!!! Thank you!

Just 1 night the music next door was very loud and difficult to sleep, so used ear plugs and was okay

Staff was very helpful in suggesting places to eat places to visit as well as providing detailed directions. Room was very clean, including bathroom. Plenty of hot water.

No breakfast or coffee/tea options unfortunately. Hot and purified cold water are provided at no charge though.

Updated and well maintained. Owned and managed by a very nice family. Fluent English by the main manager. Excellent value/location.

-Bed and room were comfortable -Very well functioning air conditioning -Decent bathroom with good+warm shower -WiFi worked well -TV with Netflix -Very good location: Just a few minutes from the Malecon and the principal downtown and Las Penas & Cerro Santa Ana all within walking distance (don’t remember the distance exactly, but I did it all by foot) -Felt like a safe place -Friendly and helpful staff -Check out at 12:00😃

There’s a club down stairs kind of close so you hear piping dance music @12-1 am. Room a little musty but after haven’t the air conditioning on it got better

The hostess spoke great English and was very helpful on the area. Clean room, close to the boardwalk.

To enter and to leave, someone has to come down and open the door with a key. There is no reception.
