The feel of this place was so nice. It's right in town and accessible to everything, but you walk through the door and it feels calm and serene. The breakfasts was good. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel in a great location while still being quiet at night. We had a great time thanks to its central location. The breakfast was simple but nice and freshly prepared. We didn't pay enough attention while booking and ended up with a room that was too small for us, so next time we will go for a bigger room. Small room could be okay for 2 days but for anything longer I would go for their bigger rooms.

The cleaning products used left a very strong chemical smell and a slimy residue on the floors. The rooms are extremely bare bones - I was expecting more for the cost.

Good location, clean, and friendly staff. Breakfast included although we didn’t get a chance to eat it because it starts at 7am and our tour picked us up at 6:45am.

Location was perfect, everything close just walking. The rooms and lobby were great too. Staff was great giving us breakfast sandwiches for the early departure tours

Property located in a very central part of the town, close to the restaurants and attractions, but nevertheless is very quiet. We stayed in a very comfortable cabin surrounded by nice tropical garden. Every cabin has a beautiful outdoor area with table and chairs. All rooms and surrounding areas are meticulously maintained and clean. Very good, freshly cooked breakfast, homemade bread and jam. Tea, coffee and filtered water available throughout the day. Very friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! Definitely will recommend this property to my friends.

Rooms are maybe a little more basic than the photos make it look.

Very well located in the middle of town but also not loud. Provided early breakfast on a day we were going on a tour which was most appreciated. Free water in the hotel lobby.

The room is basic and the breakfast was really basic too, bed is rather queen than double.

Great location, close to everything, nice garden, drinking water dispenser, shower gel and shampoo dispenser in the bathroom, room was cleaned daily, hot water, aircon in the room, good wifi, staff was helpful with any inquiries we had.

The best Wi-Fi in all of Galapagos! Never failed. It’s even better than where we stayed in Ecuador mainland. We were very impressed - and working remotely with heavy files! Great stable connection. Nice staff, perfect location and comfortable.

Beautiful place in lovely peaceful gardens. Right in the centre of everything, but you wouldn't know it. Friendly and accommodating staff who allowed us to check in very early after a last minute move from another property. Calm, quiet and very comfortable.

There's nothing I didn't like about the place. This was a wonderful choice for us. The location is exceptional -- you can walk from the Santa Crus harbor where the ferries depart here easily. The room was spotless and air-conditioned. The host made herself available to speak with us. I couldn't have asked for more.

The breakfast is the Ecuadorian sit-down-and-be-served experience. Make sure that if you don't like or are allergic to any typical Ecuadorian breakfast foods: bread, eggs, fruit, that you tell the management before you go. Something different will be arranged for you, as it was for us.

The breakfast service was a bit chaotic and disorganized. Didn’t get coffee sometimes till the end of our meal and we had to keep asking. Also expected better quality coffee as we were in a region known for good coffee.

Nothing. For what I paid I thought everything was perfect.

The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. My room had a little porch where I could sit, relax and enjoy the lovely gardens. The front desk was helpful with directions and booking a taxi.

Great open space/garden…I made good use of the hammocks. The team was super helpful and helped me out of a tough spot but also helped with all transportation needs
