A bit noisy at night as it is right next to a big street. No staff around (or at least not visible) but you can text them.

Great location and nice terrace. The little Cafe downstairs is a plus.

I am a student traveling for this spring break. Wifi is very important so I can keep up with my live classes and do my exams. I never had problem with the wifi. It was fast and reliable. They also have desk and chair. Location: The location is accessible. I walked to the historic area most of the time. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hostel so it is easy access to explore far places. Museum of Pumapungo is just across the street. Cleanliness: The rooms, bathroom, and common area are always clean. Staff: Friendly and helpful

The room was not very private, the blinds on the window did not adequately prevent people from being able to see directly into our room. Please change the blinds to curtains!

Kitchen wasn’t always clean but the bathrooms were reasonable. Needs more showers and toilets for the number of beds as often had to wait a while especially in the evenings

Friendly vibe, good common areas and little rooftop was cute, the kitchen is well stocked, there’s free filtered water available and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It’s a little walk into town but a nice one, and it’s cool looking over the ruins at Pumapungo

Our room (and many others) had an internal window over the kitchen which made it super noisy and difficult to sleep. Not many bathrooms which is annoying when it's busy

Really nice hostel. Ended up extending for a week as if was so comfortable and friendly. It’s a little out of them centre, but only 10 min walk in, but it’s opposite the Pumapongo museum which was fantastically interesting. Well stocked kitchen and they kept the bathrooms clean throughout the day. The adjoining cafe was really nice but it wasn’t always open, they seem to open it as it was requested by guests.

Not much to say, although located in the intersection of 2 main roads it the car's traffic may be noisy at certain times.

What an amazing place. Plenty of spaces, indoors or outdoors, where you can chill out or work. The kitchen is available to cook your own food. The hostel is somewhat so well planned that makes you feel that is really spacious even when it is full of guests...Xavier and the rest of the staff were really helpful and generous..

Very friendly and cool staffs and host, clean room and bathrooms! The kitchen was big and there were enough appliances. I really liked the breakfast and coffee at the cafe. They let me sleep on the sofa because I arrived so early with the night bus, thank you😁

We loved our stay here. We initially booked 3 nights and stayed for 6 total. the hostal was very comfortable, super low-key and in a fantastic location, just outside the main tourist area but e very easy walk. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful bright building. Good areas to relax. Communal bathrooms cleaned multiple times per day. Good kitchen. Laundry service. Great cafe next door. Can walk to historic centre in 15 mins. 20 mins walk to bus terminal. Nice relaxed but friendly atmosphere.

The room didn't have any place to put towels to dry and it's quit loud because you hear everything from the hallway to the double room.

Really clean hostel with great showers. Good kitchen with everything you need. Sofas to hangout. Really nice staff.

Always space for improvement. It would.be convenient to have sockets next to the beds. The matrass I had was already saggy.

The hostel is in a good location, in the city and close to the busterminal. The stuff is helpful is friendly The design of the hostel is cozy. Next door is nice cafe for breakfast for a good price.
