I was a bit disappointed that the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel wasn't free. Also, I would have preferred a mini-bus like other hotels offer, instead of using two separate cars. Overall, it's a great hotel, but this small aspect could be improved.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The people working there, from the front desk to the security, were very friendly. A big thanks to the guy at the registration desk who helped me get some flowers that were delivered for me. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty with lots of different foods to choose from. I really recommend it!

Rom 501 -some noise, maybe from lift -some bad smell from the hall (when preparing breakfast) -I didn't undestood how the a.c. works -the sink was chocked up

Very helpfull staff, possibility let the baggage in the reception before leaving Oran, various breakfast, nice terrace, free parking under sourveillance.

The room was little overpriced considering the general level of living and salaries. Otherwise, not too much to complain!

The hotel must be recently built, has modern and nice bathroom, with hygienic tiles, with good and comfortable bed and pillows, a quite typical 4* equipment. The breakfast was sufficient, although every day the same items. I liked veryx much the freshly brewed coffee, the fruits and sweets offered and the fresh warm bread from a nearby bakery. Exiting the hotel and turning left, then at the corner left again, there is a street with some restaurants, even a Syrian and an Indian style, good to spend the evening with dinner.

On the Booking app was a free shuttle bus from the airport to the location listed but when we called, we were told that you had to order those separately (which was not said on the listing of the property).

The property is very clean and has a luxurious feel. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the breakfast buffet.

In description it says hotel is in the center....this is no center at all, it is around 2-3 km to the Placa de armas what I would call a center... and what disturbed me really...when you look around through window, surroundings houses are really in very bad shape not to mention some other things on the other side...but I came in the night for one night only and better I didn't see nothing of this after arrival.

It was comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Very good breakfast.

You need to use google maps of name of hotel to get there, there is wrong address in booking app, we went 2 times to the wrong address

Poor location. Far away from downtown Oran, impossible to get there by foot.
