Unfortunately, firstly, it started with the heating blowing super-hot air and couldn't be turned out add to that the hotel has a design matter no windows in the entire hotel can't open, so you are left with that situation. Secondly, despite multiple attempts to talk each day to the hotel, I didn't enjoy a single hot shower during my entire stay! They changed my room but finally, I was told the hotel had technical problems that couldn't be solved, and the situation would remain as it was no hot water. Finally, during my stay, the entire system collapsed causing the room keys not to work and bills from other customers incorrectly added to my account during check-out. I highly urge Holiday Inn as the mother company to fix all these issues as the staff have to face many unhappy customers it's unfair to the staff and customers. To clarify I raised all these issues to Booking.com during my stay yet until today I haven't received an answer. Based on this in my opinion the hotel is overrated and it's not worth the amount they are charging especially if basics can't be guaranteed like hot water.

Worst thing was the room (811) as I had this terrible view next to some noisy bad looking equipment. I asked it to be changed but the staff said tomorrow, tomorrow tomorrow (3 days) to get rid of me. I believe the hotel staff need a bit training anyway. They disn’t know how to serve in many cases. I ordered gin tonic to the room with extra ice. They brought bucket of ice to put the glass in (and the glass had no ice inside). I ordered wine at the roof restaurant but they brought it close to end of my meal so I sent it back. Coffee was terrible at the breakfast. I reserved taxi for airport but there were problems with payment. Gym didn’t have much equipment. I would add more dumbell set. Maybe a bench… I can take anything but I don’t forget lying people. Sorry but I am not staying there again. Maybe your luck will be different than mine.

The loud airco in the room, no tables in the bar for eating the food there, the bar is not really clean there. The water in the shower is not hot

The hotel is out of the center and far away from everything (there is a lot of traffic), breakfast is overwhelming but nothing is really food for breakfast (except a bit bread and cheese), even dinner food is served for breakfast, staff at the buffet is useless (no experience, they are with a lot but nobody seems to know what to do), Staff at the reception is with a lot and except one guy seems to know how to deal with stuff, it all takes too long...Generally, the staff is polite and helpful but they seem like not knowing what to do
