The breakfast is not enough elaborated in my sens, very limited choices and not international oriented (no eggs or inlets for exemple)

Location is calm and very convenient to me, it’s new and all clean, the room was comfortable and very clean, and the service was very good and staff is friendly.

People are not friendly except for the coffee person (gentleman and young lady). All others either avoid to look at you or have a cold look in their face. Maybe it’s me.

-Location is really bad. You are really far away from city centre. -Restaurant is ok at its best. -Credit card is acceptable but some services are not included.

-People are great and very helpful and polite. -Room was big and comfortable and clean. -Wifi was very good.

One of the days I was in my room when housekeeping came to clean the room. They kept jumping between the bathroom and the rest of the room. Usually, they clean the room and do the bathroom last.

The selection on the breakfast was not very good. The buttons on the coffee machine were labeled in French, so if you do not know French you might need to guess. The area is nice around the hotel, yet the street in front of it is very narrow.

The only area of improvement needed is that the hotel does not exchange currency, they don’t have permission for that yet being a new hotel. The Restaurant has a limited menu, but it is fine for a short stay. I did not find any local Algerian food on the menu. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6am but even by 6:45am the buffet was not completely ready for the guests. This happened on both mornings that I was there. On the 2nd day, there was an internet issue in early morning for a couple of hours, not sure the reason for that. Other than that, it was a great stay.

I recently stayed at AD Hotel Hydra for 2 nights. It’s a brand-new hotel that just opened a month ago. The Rooms were comfortable, clean and had all amenities you would expect of a 4-star hotel. Staff spoke English and very extremely friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Ms Amina who went out of her way to arrange a hotel driver to take me to the business district to exchange currency. I found some communication barriers with the local taxis and as it was my first time in Algiers, she ensured that I was comfortable and didn’t hesitate to exert all efforts to make my stay memorable. I also thank Ms Rania who again went beyond the call of duty to arrange a taxi for me to attend my meetings around town. She communicated with the taxi driver throughout to ensure I was fine. She even paid for the taxi in advance from her own pocket as I did not have local currency on me. She truly exhibited Algerian hospitality and I am very grateful for her care and consideration. The staff at the Front Desk were extremely helpful, Mr Imad provided me an adapter for my laptop - they will really make the guest comfortable. The Pool and Spa was a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. This property is in the same Algiers district where many embassies and consulates are located, so it is a safe area and good security around. I definitely would recommend this hotel for any new comers to Algeria.

There is a clear lack of information regarding leisure and other ! Be careful there is a time when men and women can use the spa and the so-called gym. But , there was no indication of it ( display the schedules on the door ) when I wanted to use those facilities. Instead, there was a rude worker who screamed at me when I wanted to use it . It was just before 17:00 am because women were still using the facilities . How on Earth can one know when to use the spa when no one I has told you the schedule for men and women! Serious problem of communication .I complained about this rude worker via an email but I didn’t get any answer from the hotel. The last day , I met the hotel owner who was not impressed about my experience. It is only then when they apologised. I also mentioned what needed to be improved about the hotel hopefully they will listen .

It is a clean and moser hotel . The room was comfortable and the AC was efficient ! There were two women at the reception who were helpful . Ms Rania suggested what I could do / visit in Algiers.She took the time to explain me how to get there / to get off …I thought she was very professional and dealt with all my queries very well . The other woman was also nice and provided with what I needed anytime before need it especially with room issues. These two women are a credit to the hotel. Thanks you , ladies ! 👏🏽👏🏽🤮

The hotel is brand new and very nice. It is hard to be in a good location because Algiers is so spread out. But the staff is amazing Amina that works there. She can get you anything or help you with anything

We can't be happier about our choice for choosing this hotel. I highly recommend it. Everything is super clean and safe. The Spa is exceptional, 1st time i find a spa with hamam. The stuff are super friendly and helpful. The chef is an angel 🙏. Thank you everyone for the warm welcome and the great help. Excellent service really.

The stuff were supposed to tell me the total fees of laundry but unfortunately they didn’t and ended up paying more that expected. and the AC wasn’t working properly.
