Maybe a wee bit too far from the beach but easily rectified by hiring a quad so we liked staying at the property

To my arrival, I was supposed to check in at 4:00pm. I got there around 4:20, and they didn't ve my room ready, no apologize, or something to compensate for my inconvenience, The water shower head was leaking water, I notified them to fix it, but they didn't do anything, even to apologize for it

I was there last year and the personal was total diferent. Now they change a lot and it is not the same service....

The AC of the room wasn’t very strong for the room, so I couldn’t sleep very well. Therefore I had to move the bed to a new position so that the AC literally hit me.

We love it!. A kind of simple and silence luxury moment. Since we arrived was a nice experience. Beautiful and quiet place. So neat and shiny clean. We adore that bed and pillows. You can sleep and rest like angels, trust me. Right decoration that embrace the beauty of nature around. Good food. The breakfast was complete and delicious. The staff is professional and friendly.

The shower tap might to be upgraded a little. very difficult to get the right water temperature. Also in the past the menu in the restaurant was very very good. it is now a little smaller.

There is really nothing I didn't like. I just wonder if there could one hour out of the day with music and drinks at the rooftop like a happy hour.

The hotel is beautifully manicured. I really like the mixture of incorporating natural wood in their décor, the natural with the modern. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I love the size of our room (huge). It had beautiful decor with a tree trunk in the middle of the room. The hotel's food is exceptional; it exceeded my expectations.

The hot water was just ok.

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were so friendly and I enjoyed the jacuzzi on the rooftop.

The second visit to the hotel and the second time the hot water is cut! The first time was exactly a year ago and faced the same issues. Hard to accept that there has not been a fix since then. The solution was somewhat laggier/lower budget this year (last year we got an upgrade to the presidential suite!). First, we were offered another room, then it turned out the water supply got a quick fix, so we stayed in the room but missed dinner time due to the delay. We were offered a dinner with room service, courtesy of the hotel. Hot water was a bit on and off the next days too, I think they have serious issues with the boiler that hasn't been fixed in a year... :(

The way the breakfast was organised, we were two persons and it was unclear what could be ordered in two or just one portion without extra payment. It seemed that the hotel was trying to save money on minor things like the breakfast menu which made us wonder what was the point of having to pay to have, for example, two portions of granola yoghurt, one for each one of us as it should normally be. Majority of guests were anyway having dinner at the hotel so the restaurant does make a profit. Also, the lounger on the room balcony was rotten and could not be used. Regular maintenance or replacement is recommended.

We loved the hotel design, spacious shower, cleanliness and warm welcome. Overall, a nice experience!

The location isn’t the best; recommend to hire some sort of transport e.g. an ATV

The hotel is nicely furnished, decorated and fitted out; nice modern, mid-size boutique; a blend of stone and wood. Super comfy room and bed. Nice large Smart TV. Bathroom had no bath, but a does feature a double shower and all the expected amenities. Comfy roof terrace with giant bean-bags and plunge pool. Fantastic kitchen and chef; great breakfast options included. Finally, the staff are super nice and helpful.

The only thing I didn’t like was the location. There is nothing within easy walking distance.
