The location is not bad, but the rooms are almost on the street, there is noise, every transport seems to pass by your room. All the neighbors can hear the paper on the walls of the rooms. The check-in staff does not speak English. Breakfast is not bad. Very disappointing hotel. Based on the ratings and photos, we expected more from him. No sooner than at night.

We have arrived at 3pm (start time of check-in), but room was ready at 4pm, don't now why - we made a reservation a few days before arrival. If you don't speak spanish like us, it will be fun to communicate :-)

Perfect location, sea view from big terrace. If you want, you have big and clean swimming pool with sunbeds.

Beaches are just across the street. Beautiful pool. Pool towels are provided. Breakfast is excellent and the service provided by the attendants is excellent. Fruits, omelettes made to order, eggs made to order. Different kind of breads. Cannot complain. Don´t forget to tip the staff, they are not paid what they are valued. Gardens are beautiful.

Really small tv and only in the kitchen (like 22 inches). Not much privacy in terms of noises, half the place is not windows but only wooden closures. But it didnt bother us much, still totally worth it for the price. We arrived late and it was raining like crazy, the hotel didnt have interact ot credit and we had to go out again in the rain to search for a bank, wasted half an hour. The guy at the reception was boring, no smile, barely answering, it was weird and he was lost, asked us the same things many times. Didnt give a good first impression at all. But somehow he spoke 4 languages.

Nice little houses, a few steps from the beach. Comfortable and spacious.

The worst place I've been to in years, this facility deserves a maximum of 1 star... I don't know who determines the ratings, but it's all a big lie. Let's start with the fact that: The room and bed do not meet any standards; there are no windows, just wooden grates. The lock on the door barely held, and the air conditioning in the room didn't work. Mosquitoes could be killed in large quantities, and the whole room was dirty. At night, someone nearby was loudly riding a motorcycle. There are no amenities in the facility, and the pool looks like a cesspool. Breakfast was supposed to be at 7 am., but unfortunately, the dining area was empty. At 7:30 am, a person arrived to start preparing breakfast when we had already booked a tour for 8 am because breakfast was supposed to be at 7 a.m. There is no receptionist in the facility; there is only a guard who does not speak English and walks with a very aggressive unleashed dog. It's frightening to leave the cottage." The owner wanted to refund me just so I wouldn't leave a review on Booking. I have evidence to confirm this fact. However, we were no longer in that location, and a 1.30-hour drive from this place. This property should not be on booking or should will have ranking 1 * only .

Well where shall we begin. The rooms are very small, the safe didn't work, the shower was broken. when you close the bathroom door, one was one able to reopen it again without a lot of force and help from outside. The cockroach in the shower didn't help either. The location is very loud, you can hear all the passing traffic nearby. We booked included breakfast what the receptionist didn't know, and to breakfast consist of white bread and eggs with few juices and coffee, not worth the price at all. but above all the staff was the worst. They were unfriendly, unhelpful, always on their smartphone, and couldn't speak English.  we were asked several times if we paid for the rooms as the receptionist in the morning, never seemed to talk with the receptionist of the afternoon. as we were unhappy and wanted to leave the first didn't want to let us go without paying full price (we booked for five nights, and left after the second with 24 hours heads up). after waiting for hours, we had to phone the manager ourselves to be able to leave and confirm our change of booking/cancellation. We then were charged 20$ more per night which is unacceptable.

The room I received did not match the description at all. The description of the room said kitchen, private patio, AC, and that is what I thought I was paying for when I booked it. After driving 4 hours to get here, the receptionist informed me that my room was actually at a separate location. They had me follow someone on a motorcycle a few blocks away to a completely separate hotel where they had a room. This room was an empty white room, no art, no TV, no patio or kitchen, and was not even at the location they said it would be. I immediately requested my money back, and was put in a position where I had to scramble to find a last minute room at a different hotel after sunset. The staff were reluctant to take accountability for the mix up and made a minimal effort to try to resolve the issue. I drove all the way to Las Terrenas because I got lured in by a false description of what I was paying for, and when I arrived in the evening, I had to deal with the stress of trying to find a place. I have stayed in the villas before and they are very comfortable, however this experience was very unprofessional and definitely discouraged me from ever booking here again.

the ac wasn’t working I inform the staff n she said she would send someone n didn’t , I tried to stay another night but when I paid with $100 u.s. she didn’t have change not even in pesos n 3 hours later still no change n still didn’t fix the ac or change the room n come to find out it wasn’t the a.c it was battery for the remote control

We were escorted to one room which had no television but a nice bed and because there was no television we were escorted to another room which had a poor bed and an unplugged television. As a matter of fact there was a used condom at the entry of the 1st room we were escorted to. I noticed that in both rooms the toilets were very loose. This place simply did not meet our standards. We were grateful to be able to receive a full refund.

Josefina Medina: I booked far in advance. However, when I got to your property you were overbooked and wanted us to stay in another hotel one night and then move to your property the following day. This proposition was unacceptable. We are in the late seventies. I never received a warning about this problem. I ended up paying more and without breakfast in another hotel. You should compensate us for this trouble.

The owner or manager of the hotel was incredibly rude, condescending, and disrespectful. They mentioned that their credit card machine was down so we agreed to pay for the suite the following morning. However, security came banging on our door late in the evening and the owner called yelling at us saying that we were refusing to pay. They continued to say that the credit card machine was broken until it magically was back up and running.

We originally booked a one bedroom with two beds, but when we got there we were set up in a condo style suite with a huge balcony, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It was a major upgrade.
