Bedding and towels were an additional fee.

Everything was on theme. Quick bus ride from the airport. The holiday village had great parks and features for the children. Our room met our needs.

Room size was small for the price paid, room amenities were non existent. Had to rent bedsheets, pillow covers and towels, non water boiler or coffee station. The bathroom hot water was not working had to change rooms. No one informed us of Auto shutting shower. We thot it was broken.

It was the cheapest solution around. Probably, during the summer, with a good weather it has much to offer.

Beds and pillows were not the most comfortable, however, we managed to sleep well. Not sure this can be improved upon as all beds in the area appear to be the same

You need to prepare room your self, you need to prepare bad sheets. And you need to pay aditionally for that. So I would propose for bad sheet- please include it for all rooms, and for camping keep it as it is.

It’s a bit overpriced for the type of accommodation. The bathroom could have at least hand soap. We brought our own bed sheets as it has to be rented and this should be included in the price.

The pirates room was very funny and comfortable. It was very clean and with enough space for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The staff is very nice and helpful. The village is perfectly located, just a short distance to the Legoland. There is a supermarket which is very convenient.

It's expensive to hire linen in addition to the cost of the room. You also then need to make up all the beds when you arrive which was a faff after a long tiring day. The TV didn't work but to be fair to the staff they came and sorted it really quickly. The rooms are quite dated and the bunk bed had quite a large gap at the back of the top bunk with only a rickety ladder and no headboard

Really convenient for Legoland and Lalandia as well as central Billund. Convenient supermarket right next door and the breakfast buffet had lots of choice.

If you are in kids resort then be prepared to go to sleep and wake up with jelling kids and parents all around you.

Kids paradise with Nintendo for breakfast. All well thought through, kids loved it.

There was no electric kettle in the room. But this is not the most important thing :)

Great place. The room is neat. There is a shop and a cafe in the area. A great place for a family with children.

More LEGO sets in the room would have been awesome and a slightly wider bed. The beds for the children were perfect. Despite these minor drawbacks, it's an excellent choice for families.

It is a fantastic location, just a 5-minute taxi ride from the airport and within walking distance of Legoland and Lalandia (waterpark, supermarket, restaurants, shops). The room was child-friendly, the breakfast was good, and it was also child-friendly with a game room, etc. The hotel area is quite big and they had treasure hunts for kids.

The breakfast were poor, we actually did try all menus presented at the line up, and did our best to accept the quality.

As a Lego theme hotel, this one is well decorated under the Pirate concept. Great support activities across the hotel for kids to have fun all day long. Nice distance from the main Legoland entrance. Also, the staffs were friendly and helpful as well.
