The pillows in the room are a bit too soft and thin. Apart from the room there is not much of a hangout area in the hotel. There is a bar but not very cosy.

The hotel is in located at the city center with 10 minutes walking distance to the Musuem metro stop. Rooms are spacious and clean and comes with a nice breakfast. The staff is very kind and helpful.

the guy Roman from the reception was not very keen to give me the room earlier , I arrived at 12 00 and he asked me to wait until 15 00 , then lovely Maria come and saved my experience and gave the room right on spot , massive thank you Maria , all my respect go to you , I was ulta tired needed the room .

perfectly clean , very good atmosphere , silent , bed as I request , perfect food , perfect drinks , plenty of choices , very clean and good smell towels , air con worked perfectly , no dust in the room , mini bar available in room , walking distance to absolutly everthing (I love walking a lot , 18 km per day , 3 days in Prague = you can imagine , cardio mood activated ) , over all I am happy with this hotel .

Location good. 30 min walk to most of the sights. Breakfast excellent. Uber and Bolt and tram system good. Staff excellent. Very quiet for a city location. Small outdoor garden area where you take your Breakfast was nice.

Location a bit far from transport, 300-500 meters, but it was expected.

Clean place with good service and nice breakfast. Big room with comfortable bed, has two windows.

For people traveling with luggage or baby strollers like me, would need to get them up stairs to reach reception.

Carpets - it should be wooden floors these days.

Breakfast with lots of variations of hot and cold food even mushroom soup! For a small fee I could extend my stay. Bed was comfortable.

Fantastic breakfast great choice lovely leek soup and other unusual dishes at breakfast.lovely brown bread Staff were friendly and so helpful could speak good english.reception staff provided us with all the information we needed re city transport even train trip out of city Beautiful building with mahogany furniture plenty lights in bedroom.tea coffee making facilities we didnt pay for tea /coffee Great location within walking distance of city but away from noisy centre and near Metro and trams.

The issue was about the luggage storage which it cost 25 CZK or 1€ for each peice which is fine. The worse part was the payment which it was only in cash and absolutely weird! We had a big problem to prepare some cash for the luggage and ruined more than 2 hours on this. It's a really big thumb down.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff were trying to help in the best way and after a problem which it was from the staff side, they offered us a small wine bottle which it was nice. Thank you "Amrullah". Breakfast could be better as a 4* hotel. Sweets were really good and all fine but the rest didn't taste well. Coffee was not my favorite.

WiFi slow. 5G was much faster and available so I had to turn off WiFi on my devices

Windows were genuinely sound proof. Unfortunately it was too hot for my liking so I had to open it. With outside temperature 5-12 C it is a bit hard to balance.

Great location - 10 minutes walking to Narodni Muzeum Clean rooms- with coffee-tea set and small fridge with mini-bar (chargeble) Good breakfast- eggs, sausages, cheeses, salads, dry breakfast, sweet bakes,juces and hot drinks Nice staff - quick check-in and check-out There is an option of storage room for your luggage, helpful if you have flight/ride in the evening

Great breakfast: variety of hot dishes, pastry, cereals, yogurt, fruit. Staff speak good English and are amiable and friendly Individual heating system: we could adjust it in a comfortable way. Spacious and really clean bathroom

Pillows were incredibly flat and uncomfortable, however we didn't ask for any replacements so it might be just the room we stayed at.

Everything except the pillows. The breakfast in particular was very satisfying both in variety and in quality. The hotel staff were very friendly.

Breakfast is OK good. For 2-3 nights is good, but it start boring when you stay longer. :( There are stairway to walk up to lobby, It may be a problem to those light-sleepers when drunken guests came back at mid-night.

The room is top clean and bright, Amigo located a bit outside, 30 minutes walking to old town Prague. There is lot of coffee shop, open market etc to see on the way. So you won't be bored. Alternatively you can walk 10 minutes to catch No. 22 or No. 6 to old town and castle. (both trams stop located in different location) #### If you are over 65, you get free ride for all public transport. No need to apply in any government office. When you will be checked for ticket, then simply show your identity card or Passport, that is so simple. 60-65 senior get half-price discount.
