Everything was excellent, possibly a pool heater as it was March/April and the pool was very cold. This did not detract from a fantastic holiday but would be a positive addition.

Fantastic villa just a 5 minute drive from Protaras strip and a few hundred metres from the beach. An ideal central location. The villa had 4 ensuite bedrooms, all spacious and very clean. We were met by Maria, the property manager and she was superb. Constantly advising us on places to visit, where to eat etc. Maria was incredibly attentive and checken on us every few days to see if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend the Romeo and Juliet apartments in Protaras.

The villas were amazing. Wonderful views of the sea, famtaatic pools and even the introduction of 2 swings. Maria was so helpful and even helped us get a discount on the hotel waterpark. Can not recommend these villas more, we will definitely be going back.

Nothing - great experience- hence my 10/10

From our arrival to departure- everything was seamless. Maria our host communicated with us before we arrived making sure everything was catered for. We even sent her a shopping list which was there when we arrived as we had a late flight. Maria popped on most days to check on us - provided us with extra beach towels on request and even let us stay downstairs in the Villa on busy departure day again as we had a later flight - those 2 hours were invaluable Very clean - great location. Taxis (even though we had hire car) into Ayia Napa were about 30€ Take time to explore locality on foot. We found some amazing secret secluded beaches. Cypriots are really friendly and speak English really well most of the time. Supermarkets are everywhere but for fresh produce Lidl is a 5 min drive and for our big main shop we went to Metro which is about 15 mins and is a massive food supermarket

The place is splendid! Only two minor points - some beds are not very comfy. Would be great to have a few hooks for towels.

Large en-suite rooms at the upper level, comfortable, very clean. Maria is a super host. She is friendly, attentive and very helpful. Great communication too.

Everything was perfect and Mrs. Maria was very kind and professional. It’s not to far from Protaras or the beach and you can also find some mini markets or kiosks in the area. The place has a very nice view and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend ☺️

Maria, you are so kind, caring and beautiful host. From starting till end of our stay you take care of everything, she has provided all necessary information, location for surrounding. She makes all of us comfortable and told us to be relax without bothering anything in house. we did not given any stress to us for checkin and checkout time in villa. Villa is so huge and specious room with all basic amenities you needed in day to day life, best part of villas was Pool table which we enjoyed and played a lot. all the basic amenities provided for barbecue. only we missed the swimming pool due to winter, we dare to swim for few mins only due to cold weather . for kids , there was swing and plenty of space for games. We would love to visit again in future.

We like everything. If I had to forcefully search for something, I would probably point out the slightly lower standard of rooms on level -1 compared to those located on the ground and first floors. The facility deserves the highest ratings.

Beautiful and spacious villa with a sea view. Very comfortable place for 12 people. The Villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A beautiful swimming pool, equipped kitchen, billiards and a large table for shared meals. At the very top there is a private terrace with a view of the entire area. Maria, as a wonderful host, deserves the best opinion. From the beginning, she provided all the necessary information, thanks to which check-in to the villa was hassle-free. I highly recommend Maria's villa for relaxation - providing a wonderful rest.

We loved watching the sunrise from the roof terrace, everyone enjoyed the pool and the pool table. Beautiful location and beautiful views. Maria provided a cot and high chair for us, nothing was too much trouble, a very gracious host.

The villa was lovely, all the facilities we needed. Everyone loved the pool and the space. Maria was so helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for a wonderful holiday. We couldn't have asked for more, thank you so much.

Slightly outside of town so could do with a car or bikes. We did know this already though, and taxis are easily available or there is a bus stop at the end of the road. Didn’t impact our stay much at all.

The property was a great size for our group of 10 in 6 bedrooms, good number of bathrooms, good kitchen/cooking facilities. Nice pool area with plenty of Sun loungers. The host was super helpful with answering any questions via WhatsApp - one great recommendation was the food delivery app as we didn’t have a car.
