There is nothing to dislike about these apartments

Apartment was very clean and spacious, the room has everything you need for your stay, my room was cleaned every day whilst I was there and always had fresh bedding and towels, Mr maouris and his wife are very welcoming and very generous. This apartment was more than what I was expecting it to be I was made to feel very safe as I stayed here alone, Thankyou for an amazing weeks stay would definitely recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful place

Great location: close to two beaches, close to the mainroad with a nearby bus stop (no need to rent a car), however enough far to be quiet. Quality bed/matrace Daily cleaning of the room Nice seating in the shadow with desk to use the wifi Theoretically you have everything you really need: nice room with balcony and air-condition, kitchen, bathroom, swimming pool (only used by a few guests), in some cases even view to the sea.

The best thing about this hotel besides its great location is Mr. Maouris and his family who manage the hotel. You can walk to Fig Tree Bay in a few minutes, and Konos Beach is a 10-minute drive away. Ayia Napa is a twenty-minute drive away, and you also have a bus. The rooms are clean and maintained daily, as is the pool. Again, Mr. Maouris left the best impression on us. Next year we will come again but for ten days.

The location was absolutely perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It’s perfect if you bring your family to Protaras. Not to much noise from the bars, but close enough if you wanna go to bars. Mr. Maouris was very welcoming, caring and made sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. He made us feel very welcome to a point where we felt loved. The room was clean, and it was perfect with the balcony, in the mornings and evenings. We will definitely return.

I didn't like that we didn't spend much time in this beautiful place.

Great apartment, great location. the best beaches of Protaras are within walking distance, shops, cafes, everything is very convenient. Walked around everything on foot with a 4-year-old child. But the main thing is that you stay at the house of Yiotis, a man who knows everything about these places and can tell you everything. This is the soul of this house and the whole Protaras. It was convenient and comfortable for us to relax, our studio had everything we needed, daily cleaning was a pleasant surprise. A calm and spiritual rest is what we needed, and that's what we got. We already miss that place, and we send greetings and thanks to Yiotis!!! We dream of returning!!!

Wi-Fi was only on 1st floor, although we were on vacation and treated that like a chance to forget about Internet and have rest, maybe it needs to be improved.

We purposefully searched for a place to stay in Protaras, because Protaras remains the best destination in Cyprus due to its reachness of beaches, picturesque landscape and closeness to Larnaca airport. The owner Mr. Jotis Maouris offers the best deal "price-quality" for guests. Although apartments are not new, it doesn't matter and it's worth its price. Mr. Jotis is always around and helps guests with every their needs, his hospitality was heartwarming. It was so nice of him to pick us up from the airport and not to worry about taxi. The pool is very clean, location is perfect - Fig Tree bay is a few minute walk, bus stops are also very close. Lidl grocery store is about 10 minutes walk from apartments. We enjoyed our stay and felt like at home. Special gratitude for cleanness - housekeeping was every day and included in a price, we were surprised, it was true benefit and pleasure. We'll probably come back and highly recommend Maouris apartments.

Everything was perfect. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. The apartment has all necessary things. The pool is nice too. Proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches - Fig Tree Bay, but also 5 mins walk from other, less crowded beach in the lagoon.

We stayed in Maouris appartments from 12 till 23July! When you come ,first of all you are charmed by hospitality of Yiotis and Andri!From the first minute you feel like home! The pool is very nice and clean and the rooms,too! Mr .Maouris is very careful when the children are swimming! You are very close to the Fig tree beach,to the shops and to the main road! If you have some questions or need some information about Protaras everything is sold in no time! Thank you Yiotis from all of us (Inga,Mariam,Haik and Van!)Love Cyprus!😍

We stayed for 2 weeks in this hotel with children. We all liked it very much. The atmosphere is like home. The location is good both to the sea and the main street with shops and restaurants. The owner of the hotel Yonis is very responsive, will help in everything. The room has everything you need, very clean, cleaning every day, linen change every 3-4 days. It's good to have a pool. We recommend this hotel.

Very nice place! 20 stars for the location and 100 stars for the hospitality :) The apartment is clean and has everything you need (a small kitchen with a gas stove, a living room with a balkony), close to the best beach in Protaras (couple of min walk to the Fig tree bay). There are lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The owner is very friendly and helpful, always ready to explain everything. Thank you, Yiotis, for a pleasant holiday! The complex was lovely. Pool was amazing, so warm and always open. so many English holiday makers who are all returnees and been coming here years which will also be us. Super friendly hosts who can’t do enough for you. Help you with local facilities and restaurants. Met lovely couples out here who will be friends for life already booked my next stay.. Rooms were immaculately clean and cleaned daily. Felt completely safe and secure at all times day and evening as Owner was always available.

no clothes hanger in the room, but we used chairs and table at the balcony, so we were fine.

Most of all we liked the owner of the hotel Yiotis and his wife Andri. Their attitude towards guests deserves respect. During our entire stay at the hotel it felt like we were visiting close friends or parents. Everything that was in the room worked properly. All problems or questions were promptly resolved, thanks to the hotel owner and his staff. We loved the pool, Yiotis keep it maintainced and cleen by himself. In terms of price and quality - Maouris hotel apt probably is the best decision for Protaras and Fig Tree Bay area in particular.
